Likes

Students can get scholarships like swami vivekananda merit cum means scholarship.
Companies like tcs, wipro, info, tejas network, grant thomson, pwc india, ibm, etc, and the placement percentage is also so good approx 90 percent of students get placed.
The campus is so beautiful and peaceful . the natural environment is there so i liked it

Dislikes

Fees is little bit high so it is a problem for a middle class guy
From the last 3 year's there is no fest organized due to students fight
There are no boys hostel inside campus which is not good

It has two canteens they are bigs and after the class all students are going there
Good placement ratio many companies are visited here every year and avg package are too good

Dislikes

I dislike a common thing this is no hostels are available for boys

Placement Experience:

From 6 semesters students are eligible for placement. Tcs, wipro, Microsoft, Amazon, cognizant, Infosys.tech Mahindra, byjus extrà many companies. The overall GPA required for a seat in the company placement are 7 cgpa and no active backlogs, the average package is 5.5 lpa and the highest package is 40 lpa this year. 95 per cent of students get placed. I plan to get a good job after getting a job and work two years in mnc then I will prepare for UPSC.

The teachers are very high qualified and they understand the students problem
Campus so so beautiful really in compare to other colleges in wb
The library is heaven for study beeps and speed of internet is also good

Dislikes

They does not conduct any fest which is very bad
They have strictly 75 percentage attendance policy
Boys hostel is not present inside the college

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible for seat on campus placement. The companies that came this year are TCS, Wipro, IBM, Tejas network, Grant Thomson, and many more The placement for core companies is not so good.

Likes

I like their educational facilities because teachers are so higher educated and their teaching skill is very good
I love my college compus the campus is very adorable
I like their sports facilities many of sports are conducted by college

Dislikes

Their will the creteria of 75%attendance I don't like
The second is there is no fest and fresser in our college
And the third is there is no ac in lacture classroom

Placement Experience:

In the 7th semester, many companies come to our college for internships many students are selected for internship after the 8th semester there are 90% of students are placed in our college many of the students gets an average package and those who don't get placed try to off-campus and they selected.

Likes

Faculties are very helping and motivating.Always there to help
Good sports facilities.Provides lot of opportunities for co circular activities

Dislikes

Campus is not so big so infrastructure is limited
College life is also not easy .Schedule is very hectic and tiring

Placement Experience:

Students get placed in the 6th semester. Companies visiting the campus are Infosys, TCS, TCS Digital, Wipro, Cognizant, and IBM Cerner Laboratory. The highest package was around 18 lakhs and the average was 5 lakhs. The percentage of students placed is between 85 to 90 percent. I have a plan for a master's degree after completing my undergraduate.

Just truth of college

Likes

College instrafructure are so good compare to another college in West Bengal.
Teachers are very highly qualified with great knowledge and experience.
Teachers are so supportive and helpful they understand the students problem.

Dislikes

They have not conduct any tech fest , cultural fest.
They have 75% attendance policy which I really get frustrated.
They have not any hostel for boys inside the campus.

From the seventh semester, our college gave us the opportunity to sit in the company there are many companies that came but for the core, it's a very low opportunity. But for tech and ece is very good. Likes

Campus is very beautiful with large playground.
Faculty members are knowledgeable,they are teaching with great enthusiasm.
Infrastructure of this college is quite good

Dislikes

Placement average is quiet low even for CSE student.
There is no GYM facilities for the students
There is no AC classroom.. sometimes it creates a problem.

Placement Experience:

Placement offers in my college are mainly of around 4-5 lakh per annum..But there are certain company's which gives good salary of around 10lakh per annum..There are so many tech companies visiting our college.. Every year around 20-25 company visit for campus placement...70-80 percent student gets campus placement.

It's has a decent campus, you can explore that.
Faculty members are great and they teach so well

Dislikes

Need AC in the classrooms, weather in Kolkata is so hot
Study pressure is alot, it's need to be fixed

Placement Experience:

Our college is a well-reputed college in Kolkata, so they provide campus placement. In 2022, the on-campus highest placement was 16 lpa, and off-campus was 42 lpa, and in 2023 due to the recession placement is not so good. But the average package is not so bad, the package is 4.5-5.5 lpa. The placement record is nearly 85%.

Best life in Heritage institute of technology

Likes

There is a good lab facility in our college.
There is a first aid treatment facility.
In our college many fest are celebrating.

Dislikes

There is no any hostel facility for boys in our college campus.
In our college Bengali language uses by faculty members.
No any AC classroom facility available in our college.

Placement Experience:

Our college placement starts at last of 3rd year. There are many companies visiting our college just as Wipro, Infosys, TCS, etc. The highest package given by on-campus placement is around 15 lakhs. And the average package is around 5-6 lakhs.

Likes

the campus infrastructure , labs and workshop very well spaced and maintained
campus canteen , playing ground for basketball cricket and football
auditorium , regularly helds seminar for personal development further studies and info about current tech boom

Dislikes

college schedule for classes , from 9:00am to 4:00pm or 5:00pm
number of classes per day is slightly more but its also good teacher got sufficient time for teaching
air conditioning should be present in the classes

Placement Experience:

by the end of 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. companies like IBM, TCS ,Infosys(mass recruit) Tejas network. avg package- 6-8lpa,4-6lpa, in the previous year the highest package was 1.4cr. more than 85% of students got placements on an odd campus. My plan is to join a multinational tech-based company after getting my degree.

College life is best life in heritage

Likes

Campus is very good and environment is also very good
The canteen in the college is also very good
The seniors are very supportive and very helpful

Dislikes

The price of food served in canteen is a little bit costlier
The college is not so very big but its overall decent

Placement Experience:

The placements at my college are very decent. Many MNCs come here with a package of 6,7,10,12,15 LPA. The placement percentage is around 85 mostly all of the students get placed. And if you want to go for off-campus placement you can go for it but you will have to improve your skills.

Heritage Institute of Technology is the best private college in Kolkata with good campus life. A senior of mine is an alumnus of the college and he always speaks about its infrastructure, placements, and campus facilities.

Location: - It is located near the prime market of Kolkata making it well connected to communication services.
Fees: - The fess has been increased slightly but if admission is granted you’re are eligible to apply for a study loan
Labs: - All the facilities and the technologies in the lab are up to date and well equipped for ease of handling by the students.
Professors: - all the professors are highly experienced, some with a Ph.D. degree, and they are well known and acknowledged in society.
Library: - Fully stacked with books, articles, research papers and has access to many foreign libraries accessing outside files.
