Students can get scholarships like swami vivekananda merit cum means scholarship.
Companies like tcs, wipro, info, tejas network, grant thomson, pwc india, ibm, etc, and the placement percentage is also so good approx 90 percent of students get placed.
The campus is so beautiful and peaceful . the natural environment is there so i liked it

Dislikes

Fees is little bit high so it is a problem for a middle class guy
From the last 3 year's there is no fest organized due to students fight
There are no boys hostel inside campus which is not good

Heritage institute of Technology Kolkata's No.1 College with 90%-95% placement records

Likes

Campus Placement is 90% because in this college TPO provides opportunity to every department to get placed with decent packages.
HOD if IT Department is very kind and sweet she always supports her departmental students in every situation
You will get tech club community like GDSC in this college which is really good for tech enthusiast.

Dislikes

One you will get placed in some company on campus for example if someone placed with 4 LPA package with xyz company the if next coming company provides 7LPA then you can't sit in this until company with 8 LPA will not visit to college for recruitment, rule for every engg college

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies visited in our college are - Cozeva, Infosys, Cognizant, E&Y, and Capgemini. instead of it, students bagged good SDE internships from top tech giants like Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Amazon, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Atlassian, Blinkit, and many more, One student from the ECE department got PPO(Pre placement offer after internship) from Atlassian of 80LPA which is really good.

From the 7th sem onwards you are eligible for on-campus placements. I got placed in TCS digital. A lot of companies visit in college and if you are a little serious then you will definitely get a job. 95% of students are placed.

4th-year students become eligible for placements. Many good companies visit the campus and the average package is around 7 lakhs. Many good students bag offers from off-campus and because of this highest package went above 40 lakhs. I also want to secure an off-campus job.

Heritage: Best college in Kolkata.

Placement Experience:

For CSE, IT, ECE, and departments the placement cell is good. They get easily a job in this college but after that every department as for core they have to take the placement in the software department only. Because there is no placement for core branches in core companies.

Heritage-Good college on the basis of ROI

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this college as this college is one of the best in Kolkata and probably the best autonomous college based on ROI. In my branch, the faculty members are awesome. All the faculty members are very supportive and helpful but strict at the same time. All the classes and labs are proper and there is a GATE-oriented environment in the college. Most of the faculty members have PHDs and if any student is preparing for GATE then I don't think he/she will have to take any coaching classes. The exams are the USP of Heritage. It is popularly said that if any student is scoring a 9 CGPA in any other college then it is equal to a 7 CGPA of Heritage. The exams are conducted in a very strict manner and are tough to crack. Even during the online exams, the average class CGPA was 7-8. But, the environment is very hectic. You will have to maintain 75 percent attendance and the curriculum is loaded with assignments. So don't imagine some movie-like chill College life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the computer science and engineering field because this is my favorite, most interesting, and also high paid job in it sector. The faculty-student ratio is about 1:70. All faculty are highly educated and very experienced and have good and interactive teaching methods. 1 class test is held before every semester exam and the paper is easy. For both class tests and semester exams if you study with full focus 2-3 days from the exam you will pass with good marks.

Heritage Institute of Technology is the best private college in Kolkata with good campus life. A senior of mine is an alumnus of the college and he always speaks about its infrastructure, placements, and campus facilities.

Location: - It is located near the prime market of Kolkata making it well connected to communication services.
Fees: - The fess has been increased slightly but if admission is granted you’re are eligible to apply for a study loan
Labs: - All the facilities and the technologies in the lab are up to date and well equipped for ease of handling by the students.
Professors: - all the professors are highly experienced, some with a Ph.D. degree, and they are well known and acknowledged in society.
Library: - Fully stacked with books, articles, research papers and has access to many foreign libraries accessing outside files.

The campus has a huge ground and it also has a large pond. It has a very well-maintained infrastructure. They also provide students with all the necessary facilities. The canteen serves very well but it is really expensive. But overall it is manageable for students.
