Likes

Students can get scholarships like swami vivekananda merit cum means scholarship.
Companies like tcs, wipro, info, tejas network, grant thomson, pwc india, ibm, etc, and the placement percentage is also so good approx 90 percent of students get placed.
The campus is so beautiful and peaceful . the natural environment is there so i liked it

Dislikes

Fees is little bit high so it is a problem for a middle class guy
From the last 3 year's there is no fest organized due to students fight
There are no boys hostel inside campus which is not good

Step to success- HITK

Likes

I like it's playground. It's too large and they also provide sports material to play.
There are 20 clubs where students can show there extra curriculum activities.
Faculties are well educated and they are always ready tohelp student

Dislikes

There is less placement chances for core branches.
There is no uniform system and discipline is also not too good.
Here there is no any pressure of attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

From class 11th only I was too much interested in programming and nowadays the demand for a software engineer is increasing day-by-day that's why I opt for this course. There is a 20:1 ratio of students and teachers. Most of the faculties have done M.Tech from Jadavpur University.

The campus life is a good at heritage you can fullfill all
The course curriculum is very good and the labs are amazing
You are feeling very safe in the college as it is antiragg campus

Dislikes

The classroom is not good at summer you feel very hot
The partiality in the college club is a problem
The viva is quite tough and you will feel humiliated

This college offers you decent amount of placement in all it branches But in case of core branches placement are ok type from 6 th semester you will be able to take part in placement Highest package is 45 lpa offer by Amazon

My college Heritage Institute of Technology

Likes

Faculties are very helpful and friendly.
Library has a source of books and fully air conditioned.
Campus life is good and it contains almost everything that a student want.

Dislikes

Academic pressure is very high . They cover the whole syllabus in a very little span of time.
Teaching style of some teachers is very poor .
They give very less holidays over the year.

Placement Experience:

Yess this is the important question for every students who are thinking to take addmission in this college. This year 2023 the palcement is not so good. Yes, you hear it correct. But last year the palcement was very good over 90% students get placed with a avg package 3.5 lpa.

My faculties and their process of teaching.
Examination system and question patterns.

Not experiencing any fest or freshers .
The college located very far from the main road .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like the course and this course has a very vast field in academics as well as in jobs. The faculty-student ratio is perfect. Like they assign every faculty for 15 students. All faculties are highly educated. Most of them teach very well and everyone has a unique method. The exam should happen after 4.5 months. They notify every student for 1 month. The difficulty is pretty moderate, which means if you understand the module then you'll pass.

Life like IIT at HIT

Games and sports are promoted in our college
Faculty is very supportive and helping, they are always ready to help us
Campus is very big and it has a lot of greenery

Dislikes

sometimes there is a lot of work pressure
there is bit more restriction at girls hostel

Placements come around the 7th semester in the college. Every final-year student is eligible for placement. We have good placement scores as compared to other private colleges in West Bengal. Companies like TCS, Wipro, EY, Deloitte, LTMintree, etc offer campus placement to students at our campus. average placement is around 400000

A College with a lot of Heritage

Likes

The campus is bigger compared to many other colleges.
The sports facilities are good here, every sports have equipments here

Dislikes

The hostel is a bit far from the campus which is a bit problematic

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, companies start to come for hiring. Companies like tcs, cts and all other mass recruiters visit first. There are also many startup companies that give decent packages and recruit students.

Likes

Coding environment was so good which motivate me a lots.
I loved the campus area which is so beautiful and amazing.
the faculties and seniors guide us at each and every step.

Dislikes

As a student of Hit i have nothing to dislike about my college.

Placement Experience:

Students from fifth semester become eligible for campus placements. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc. come to college and select the students based on their skills. The highest package salary offered in this college is 42 lakhs per annum.

The coding environment is too good and it helps us alot.
I also loved the sports events held in our college.
The faculties members and hods are very supportive.

Dislikes

As i am student of this college so i have nothing to dislike.

Placement Experience:

generally, Students from the fifth semester and onwards start to get placed. Many companies like Tcs Wipro Infosys etc come to this college and select students on the basis of student's skills. About 90 students out of 100 got placed in this college.

Our seniors also helps us at each and every step.

Nothing to dislike about our college. I love Hit.

Students from the third year get placement from the companies visiting our college. Many companies like TCS, ITC, infotech, cognizant, Wipro, etc. come to college and give opportunities to work with them. The highest salary offered in this college is 44 lakhs per annum.

Placement Experience:

the students were eligible for placements from the 7th sem and quite a large number of companies visit the colleges with an average package of around 4-5 LPA and their internship is provided which one can do from the 3rd year onwards and get admissions. Most of the companies are from the IT sector and around 80-85% of students are getting placed.

Heritage Institute of Technology is the best private college in Kolkata with good campus life. A senior of mine is an alumnus of the college and he always speaks about its infrastructure, placements, and campus facilities.

Location: - It is located near the prime market of Kolkata making it well connected to communication services.
Fees: - The fess has been increased slightly but if admission is granted you’re are eligible to apply for a study loan
Labs: - All the facilities and the technologies in the lab are up to date and well equipped for ease of handling by the students.
Professors: - all the professors are highly experienced, some with a Ph.D. degree, and they are well known and acknowledged in society.
Library: - Fully stacked with books, articles, research papers and has access to many foreign libraries accessing outside files.
