It has a great academic value and tops the chart of the best colleges in DU also the faculty is pretty co-operative. It has a great exposure to sports also. Hansraj College is well maintained and has a beautiful infrastructure. It provides you with every facility. Most importantly it is well known for its academic approach.

University of Delhi is one of the best universities of India along with that the best colleges of this university are located in North campus hansraj college is one of the best colleges in the north campus and chemistry is my passion. Chemistry department at hansraj college is also very good.

Delhi University is an esteemed central university, known nationwide for the quality education it provides and the exposure students get. Also, Hansraj features a rather appealing list of alumni including SRK, anurag Kashyap, etc etc. Who would not want to be a part of this college?

Remarks:

Delhi University was one of the best choices available. After not opting for Btech and still wanting to pursue CS I chose DU where only 3 colleges were offering BSc in CS (H). Because BSc was also thought to offer somewhat the same options and masters was a mandatory decision.

Top ranking, Best Study Infrastructure, Best Teachers, I opted BSc General just because of having experience in all fields like PCM if I want to do Masters In any of them then I'm eligible for all of them. If I want to do job related of them then I'm eligible this is the benefit to choose General field because after completing you graduation You have experience in all fields You are eligible for All field for Master for Jobs and for any other thing.

There is a placement cell and a internship cell in HansRaj, they are very active regarding placements, they keep on sending information to all the students reg these. And even in campus students get to explore a lot, many of them even founded so many new things.

It's in the main campus and has all the benefits of being a campus college. Moreover Hansraj College is a renowned college. I was told that the faculty is good so I chose it over the other colleges. Moreover being a delhiite I didn't want to go out for my graduation. It costs a lot. So this was the best option that I had.

One of my friends graduated with a B.A Economics (H) from Hansraj last year. So, I think I can answer your question.

Here are some of the best things about the institute.

This college has an ‘old world’ feel. The infrastructure of the college is great.
The fee structure is affordable as compared to other private colleges.
It has some incredible graduates, including Shahrukh Khan, Ranvijay, and Anurag Kashyap. The list is really long.
Amazing crowd, the individuals here are both fun and hardworking at the same time. Admission is based on merit in qualifying examinations.
Some of our professors are truly amazing, you will not find such professors at other colleges, even SRCC.
There are many societies to explore like dramatics, photography society, and fine arts society, etc.
The hostel was my friend’s home for three years, and there is simply no better place to stay when studying at Hansraj. However, it doesn’t have a girls’ hostel.
North Campus has the best college location.

You will not regret choosing the institute.
