Students are eligible for placements from the 2nd year of the course. A lot of companies conduct interviews for final placements. As per the recent updates, the number of recruiters are more than 73 with more than 51 PPOs and more than 174 offers

From the end stage of the 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placements. HUL, Flipkart, ITC, Godrej, VOIS, VI, Cognizant, Wipro, Deloitte, E&Y, Mahindra & Mahindra, Anand Group, Airbnb, L&T, etc. companies visited. The number of offers made is more than 250. Highest Package: 32 LPA. Average Package: 16.1 LPA. 100% of students get placed every year. I want to work as an HR Business Partner in a reputed organization after getting the degree.

SCMHRS offers great placements. The summer internship process starts around the month of September and is a week-long activity. Many students get PPO's after performing well in their internships. For others, the final placement process starts in the mid of the 3rd semester. The highest package in BA offered up till now is 24 LPA and the average package is 14 LPA.

The college has a proven track record of 100% placements in both finals and summers. The placement process is very well organized. Most of the top companies from every sector visit the campus for both summers and finals. The list of top recruiters includes Colgate Palmolive, Cisco, Aditya Birla Group, Brillio, GSK, Loreal, Wipro Technologies, IBM, HDFC, HUL, and many more. The average compensation for the final placements is around 15.7 lakhs per annum and highest being 38.5 lakhs per annum. The average compensation for summer placements is around 1.49 lakhs and the highest being 3.2 lakhs.

Symbiosis center for management and human resource development Pune has a splendid placement record. Prominent organizations such as Hindustan Unilever, loreal, Google come here year as regular recruiters. The average package is approximately 22 lacs per annum.

The placement is good and that is the best thing about this college. However, I will suggest not to believe the figures claimed by the institute. The real figures are much lower and that is true for most of the management colleges in India. You can consider the average placement to be around 11-12 LPA. Also, the offers you will get will depend on whether you have prior work experience or not. If you have work experience you will get above average if not then expect below average placement package.

The institute offers one of the best placement records across all management institutes in the country. Prominent organisations such as Procter and Gamble, Hindustan Unilever, Nestle India visit here as regular recruiters. The average package is around 21.4 lacs per annum.

SCMHRD has an impeccable placement record across all management institutes in India. Reputed organisations such as Reliance Industries, Tata group, standard chartered, offer the best placement opportunities to the students. The average package is approximately 21.6 lacs per annum.

The placement record of this Institute is very lustrous and decorated. Reputed organisations such as P&G, BCG, Bajaj do come as prominent recruiters. The average placement package is approximately 20.6 lacs which goes up to 38.8 lacs the highest package. Approximately 95% of the students get placed through campus recruitments and certain students also at for self-employment and entrepreneurship.

The placement scenario is good only in SCMHRD. From the 3rd sem onwards the students are eligible for the placement process, The other details can not be revealed by me because of confidentiality. Almost 100 percent placement every year,
