The scholarship also grants to good students, their placement training and assistance are brilliant, and our college is always ranked in the highest placement ratio.
Our college gives a huge opportunity to each and every student to get placed in the reputed company and they can a get a good idea of how the interview done
Teachers are really helpful and are passionate about their subject and motivate us to make changes in the learning experience .they provide helpful meaningful notes for students to prepare for exam.they do listen to students suggestions while teaching.

Dislikes

College canteen is not so good. the food they provide its not good
The average package is very low . last placements were not so good .
Hostels are not good there..students prefer more for pg and own flat,as hostels also don't have good mess as there foods are not good.

Good faculties with genuine knowledge friendly afterall
No ragging no smoking in campus area ..if you caught you will be punished
Almost every student get placed with good package

Dislikes

Boarding campus life u have to enter the college within 9:30 and you have not any access to leave campus before 4:15pm

You can sit in campus placement from 3rd year and so many renowned companies come to our college during placement time, Among them the mass recruiters are tcs, Capgemini, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, HBC, PWC, Adobe and almost every student got one offer many of them got 2 or 3. This year's highest package offer is 33 lakh and the average package is around 4.5 lakh.

Good college for B.tech

Likes

Placement is enough good in our college
There are many extra degree and extra branch of cse like Iot, AIML, data scientist
Faculties are well trained and passed from renounced collge

Dislikes

There are a lots of student in core cse group about 400 student
There are few more extra subject we have to study which is annoying for us

From the 6th sem students will be available for placement. Companies like TCS, wipro, and Capgemini visit in our college. average package is 600000 per year and the highest package is 72 lakhs per year. 98%student getting placement

There are many sports curriculum in our college campus our college conducting like football cricket batminton
Every year our college performed anual pacakge 5 lakhs our faculty is very helpful for our placement purpose

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year students are eligible for placement. Amazon, TCS, WIPRO, and IBm, visit our campus. Highest package is 52 lpa. and the average given by our college. I am in B.tech from the University of Engineering and management after btech i want to complete mtech

UEM, Kolkata: Review from a 2nd year student

Likes

The best thing of my colleage is good placement. If you study good then definitely you'll get a job on campus.
The facilities are really helpful and friendly. Here you can prepare for any government job like UPSC , WBCS, GATE at free of cost . If you're interested then collage will provide you extra classes.
The college make you some extra subjects which will help us in your professional life.

Dislikes

The campus is very little. No playground for playing football, cricket. But it has a underground where you can play theses stuffs.
The number of students in CSE is very high. So you've to study hard to get the highest package from others.
The fee's structure is very expensive compared to other colleges in West Bengal.

Placement Experience:

The placement is very great in our college. More than 92% students of every year got placed in many companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, MindTree, Oracle, Infosys, etc. The average package is around 4.5 lakh/annum. Some of the students also get a 10lakh+ package. So in conclusion, if you only focused on your placement then obviously take admission to UEM.

Free wifi is given by our institute in the full campus
Placement is brilliant in our institute.

College life is not so good in our institute
You have to attend all the classes properly

Our college gives placement to most of the students. Most of the students get 3-4 job offers. Here 95% of students are placed into top MNCs like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. Avg package given by our institute is 4lpa.

MY EXPERIENCE AT UEM, KOLKATA

Likes

Our placement is too good than others private universities in our state.
No ragging here,this is a good point of our university.
Our seniors and faculties are too good and very helpful to.

Dislikes

Firstly our campus has no any space for roaming or playing.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, a student became eligible for campus placements. Wipro technologies were visited but not offered. The highest package is 72 LPA and avg package is 4.5 lakhs as per our collage. 90% above students got placed. My plans after getting placement is to settle my self in a good company with a good position.

Students can apply for campus placement from 3rd year itself. TCS, CAPGEMINI, WIPRO, AMAZON, INFOSIS 90% of Student gets placement from our campus every year with an average package of 5LPA I am planning to do M TECH after this degree

Why am I getting so negative reviews about UEM Kolkata?

UEM Kolkata has been the highlight of negative views lately and here are the reasons:

It is fairly new and hasn’t reached any milestone yet which makes it unreliable according to the standards set in society. People don’t trust newly established private universities.
The entrance exam of UEM Kolkata is very easy and people pass it without any problem.
UEM Kolkata is new and therefore has no accomplishments and therefore uses the records of UEM Jaipur which makes parents skeptical.
The Institute has a very strict environment and therefore comes in the way of students who want to enjoy their college life. These students somehow convince their parents that the Institute is not good for them.
UEM Kolkata had issues with UGC(University Grants Commission) and is not recognized by the government and therefore it creates doubts about the degree among students.

These are some of the reasons why some students will be skeptical about joining UEM Kolkata. Talk to the students presently studying there as they can only provide you with the exact information. Try visiting the institute beforehand and decide for yourself.
