The scholarship also grants to good students, their placement training and assistance are brilliant, and our college is always ranked in the highest placement ratio.
Our college gives a huge opportunity to each and every student to get placed in the reputed company and they can a get a good idea of how the interview done
Teachers are really helpful and are passionate about their subject and motivate us to make changes in the learning experience .they provide helpful meaningful notes for students to prepare for exam.they do listen to students suggestions while teaching.

Dislikes

College canteen is not so good. the food they provide its not good
The average package is very low . last placements were not so good .
Hostels are not good there..students prefer more for pg and own flat,as hostels also don't have good mess as there foods are not good.

Review on UEM , KOLKATA.

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester campus placement starts for the students. TCS, CTS, Infosys, cognizant, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and many more IT companies visit. The highest package for this year is 36 L per year. And the average package is 4-5 L. 96 percent of students get placement every year. I am looking for a GATE examination and every Sunday classes for gate preparation take place from college.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students become eligible to sit for the placement exams which is actually the starting of the 4th year. There many numbers of companies visiting every year like the TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini and many more making around 750+ job offers. Rs 36 lakhs per annum is the highest salary provided to date to a student and the average salary is like Rs 4 lakhs per annum. It is like above 90% of the students getting placed so the record in terms of getting placed is good. I am targeting campus placement jobs after I complete my BTech degree.

Placement Experience:

7th semester is the ideal time from when the students can sit for the campus placement. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Adobe, TCS, Wipro, Infosys and many other reputed companies visit every year to recruit students from our campus. The highest package recorded is 36lpa and the average package ranges between 4-5lpa. The number of offers is between 1-2 for the majority of them. The record of students getting placed is 95% and above that which is quite good. I am looking for higher studies after completing the degree and then for some government job.

Sharing my feedback on UEMK

Placement Experience:

From the beginning of the 4th Year that is from the 7th semester, the campus placement starts to take place. CTS, TCS, Adobe, Wipro, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra and many other IT firms visit every year for the placement. 36 lakhs per annum is the highest salary recorded till now and the average salary is around 5 lakhs per annum. The percentage of the students getting placed is around 98% that is almost al, of them getting placed. Basically, I am looking for government jobs to get job security so I have looked forward to that after completing my degree.

My personal feedback and review on my college UEMK

Placement Experience:

Companies start hiring students through placement from the 7th semester which is the starting of the 4th year. Big companies like TCS, Cognizant, CTS, Wipro, IBM, Infosys are the compulsory companies visits every year besides that there are many other companies too. Last year the total number of offers was above 1000. The highest package till now is 36 lakhs per annum in INR although the average package is 5 lakhs per annum INR. It is like 98% of the students getting placed every year. My target is to become a project researcher after completion of my degree so at this moment focusing on the GATE exam.

Just when a student will get into the 7th semester he/she can sit for the placement exam. CTS, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys, Adobe, Tech Mahindra are the various companies and there are other companies too that hire students from our college. 36 LPA is the highest package till now from this college and the average package is 4 lakhs per annum. 99% is the record of students getting placed. I enjoy coding is definitely I would go in the line of competitive coding.

This year the total number of offers made is 1200 and many of them got more than 1 job offer. Highest package is 72 lakhs per annum recorded till now and the average package is 5 lakhs per annum. It is like 99% of the students getting placed every year. I am currently looking for an on-campus job after completion of my 4 years course.

Why am I getting so negative reviews about UEM Kolkata?

UEM Kolkata has been the highlight of negative views lately and here are the reasons:

It is fairly new and hasn’t reached any milestone yet which makes it unreliable according to the standards set in society. People don’t trust newly established private universities.
The entrance exam of UEM Kolkata is very easy and people pass it without any problem.
UEM Kolkata is new and therefore has no accomplishments and therefore uses the records of UEM Jaipur which makes parents skeptical.
The Institute has a very strict environment and therefore comes in the way of students who want to enjoy their college life. These students somehow convince their parents that the Institute is not good for them.
UEM Kolkata had issues with UGC(University Grants Commission) and is not recognized by the government and therefore it creates doubts about the degree among students.

These are some of the reasons why some students will be skeptical about joining UEM Kolkata. Talk to the students presently studying there as they can only provide you with the exact information. Try visiting the institute beforehand and decide for yourself.
