Placement at BIT MESRA is Awesome.Cse average package is nearly 20lpa.Median package of cse is 16LPA.There is nearly 95%placements in cse Overall institute average is 13lpa with a median of 11lpa.Nearly 85% of the students got placed from Bit mesra in 2021-22 batch.From 6th semester, Students become eligible for sitting in placements. Major companies that visited our college are AMAZON, GOOGLE, FLIPKART, WALMART, GOLDMAN SACHS, FACEBOOK , TWITTER.My plan is to get a job in top MNC after completing my 4year btech.

Placements are very attractive here as all the major companies visit here to offer jobs. The average package of college is nearly 14-15 LPA, so for CS, and AIML branches it is nearly 18 LPA. 85% of students were placed here this year.

The placements at BIT Mesra stand shoulder to shoulder with the top institutions of the country. The overall college average in 2021-22 was 13.01 LPA, and that of the CSE Department was 19.28 LPA with 84% and 97% placements respectively. Students become eligible for campus placements after the 7th semester. The top companies visited include Amazon and Atlassian among various others. The highest package offered last year was 58.33 Lacs per Annum, which was offered by Atlassian After getting the degree BTech in Computer Science Engineering from BIT Mesra, I plan to get placed in one of the top companies which visit the campus and later go for a Master in Computer Science.

The placements at BIT Mesra are at par with the top 7-8 NITs with a 90-95% placement rate in CSE/IT offering an average of 20.58LPA in IT and 19.27LPA in CSE. The overall average package is 13.01 LPA, and the placements in lower branches are pretty decent too. The overall placement % stands at 85%. The highest on-campus placement was offered by Atlassian @ 58LPA domestic package.

I am a second-year BTech student but as far as I know at the end of third-year students get to sit for on-campus placements and they get PPO and most of them are placed. Some big companies like Microsoft, google, amazon, and Adobe visit campus every year for tech placements. Core companies like PWC, Tata etc also visit the campus every year. A lot of consulting companies also visit campus. The highest package this year was 85lpa and the avg is somewhere around 10-12lpa. Around 80-85 per cent of students get placed every year

In the 7th semester, students are eligible for placement. There are around 280 companies visiting campus for placement and more than 800 offers are made. The highest package is 95 LPA and the average package is 17lpa. There is almost a 90% placement record every year.

Almost everyone gets placed for certain branches and more than half of the students are placed for other branches too. There are plenty of placement opportunities provided by the placement cell, which is run by professors, students, and the alumni network.

Students become eligible for placement from the 7th semester onwards. There are a number of big names visiting the campus Flipkart, Amazon, ZS associates, Paytm, IBM etc which gave more than 800+ offers. The highest package this year went around 53 Lpa with the average being around 9 lpa. More than 80 per cent of students got placed this year.

In the final year of the semester, the company starts coming for placement. Before COVID 2019 Dec and2020 January 50% batch of BBA was placed. But during our batch due to COVID fewer companies visited like Wipro, Godrej Boyce, Byjus, etc.

Students become eligible for placement after the completion of their third year. Many renowned companies visit the campus. Generally, Computer Science students receive quite a hefty package with lots of opportunities for other branch students too. There have been offering up to 44 Lakhs from Microsoft. The percentage of students getting placed is quite high.
