It's a beautiful campus and well reputed university and the teaching staff is great with good experience
Every faculty members are not perfect but mostly are enough good with teacher and student bonding mind-blowing i can praise every staff members as well professors whose role is shaping students future wow
The hostels are quite decent and the food quality is also good.

THE 2ND CONS WILL BE ABOUT THE CAMPUS. SMOKING IS BAN IN CAMPUS BUT SOME CANTEENS SELL IT ILLEGALY WHICH IS NOT GOOD. 2. SOME CASES OF RAGING ARE ALSO SHOWN TIME TO TIME
In Jamia there is so many courses but the management for all courses are not enough good. Administration should take action regarding all the courses. Nowadays in jamia the management is going slow down. I mean it not effective in favour of students.
I don't like to Cheers of my university,and there are lots of things which have no importance of using in jamia Millia Islamia University and there are lots of disturbance in reading hall of jamia

Review of Bsc hons Applied Mathematics of Jamia Millia Islamia

Course Curriculum Overview:

I decided to choose this course as I was interested in mathematics and programming languages, we had around 5 subjects in each semester and no of students in each class were 40. The teachers are highly qualified with experience of 5-10 years.In online classes they thought us my providing their notes and took the classes on google meet. Our classes were from Mon to Thursday so we get a good amount of time for self-preparation. There were 2 internal exams within 3 months and the level of difficulty was medium so to pass in internals was not challenging while the level of difficulty of external exams is in between medium to difficult so one needs to practice a lot to score good in externals

Jamia millia islamia best affordable college.

Placement Experience:

The nature of the situation was nice just as we had various organizations which came for grounds positions. Around 70% of the understudies got set with a normal compensation of 3-5 LPA. The arrangement cycle was extremely helpful as the drive was led on our own grounds.

An excellent course

Placement Experience:

Placements take place from 3rd or 4th semester. Placement opportunities are just alright not very good, one main reason of this was pendamic too. few companies visited the campus for our seniors and the highest package was of 7lpa. however, on an average placement scenes were not as good.

Internship Availability in JMI

Placement Experience:

Placements are not good for core branches but for IT jobs placements are much better. Most of the companies coming for placements are IT companies. I hot on campus placement in Cognizant for GenC. Some companies are EXL, COGNIZANT, TCS, WIPRO, IBM, DELHIVERY, OPTUM, etc.

5TH/6TH SEMESTER STUDENTS BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR CAMPUS PLACEMENT... SEIMENS; L&T; BYJUS; tcs and many companies visited... HIGHEST placement is 8.84 LPA AND Average package is like 2.5 LPA.. NEARLY 25 STUDENTS ARE PLACED PER YEAR.... ABOUT MT PLANNING WHEN I EARN MY DEGREE IS TO OPEN A ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS MAKING COMPANY

Jamia millia islamia B Arch. Is good and reputed Institute

Placement Experience:

There is a yearly examination pattern in BArch so around after 4th yr student. In architecture, companies are mostly private companies visit for recruitment are Kumar murti associates, cp kukreja, etc. In starting students get a salary package of around 3 to 6 lakh per annum. Around 60-70 percent of students get placement. I'll go for masters after getting a degree.

Bsc at Jamia Millia Islamia University

Placement Experience:

The placement cell will provide you with internships from the starting of the final year. But not very many students will get that. There is very little placement for Bsc courses. As my experience, they provided us some internship and some research jobs but nobody gets one so I cannot say about placement after Bsc but you will get the internship if you are active and is in contact with the placement coordinator. Most of the students go for the masters so they don't work much on providing jobs and placements.

Jamia Millia Islamia B.Tech (Computer Engineering) Review

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements in the University. Over 100+ companies visited the college campus and more than 90% of candidates got placed in the companies. The companies that participated in the placement drive were Microsoft, Accenture, Adobe Systems, Byju's, Innovaccer Analytics, SpringBoard, Wipro, Infosys Acxiom Consulting, TCS, etc. The highest package was 43 Lacs (CTC) from Microsoft and the average package is about 8-9 lacs. My plan after getting the degree is to do MS in Computer Science.

The last year students are eligible for campus placement and it is then when the placement takes place. Good companies like Deloitte, Microsoft, Wipro, Mahindra, Vedanta etc come for campus placement and the highest package is 41 LPA. The percentage of placement differs from department to department. Some have 100% placement, some as high package placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it is related to social work. There are 21 students in this course. Teachers are very helpful and kind. Some teachers teach very well and some teachers have fine teaching skills. The exams are taken semester Wise. Every May and December. Some are tough and some are easy to pass.
