Placement is best in India. Many IT, BUSINESS, FINANCE and ENGINEERING companies come to campus to recruit. Both domestic and international offers. The average package of civil is 15 lakh The median package of civil is 13 lakh Many go for a startup, GATE, MBA, and Foreign universities after 4 years

Iitmadras the awesome campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

The professors are very knowledgeable and inform the concept well. The student-faculty ratio is about 60 and there is a faculty review meeting every month and they take it very seriously. Exams are tough.

Placement Experience:

The 7th Semester students are eligible for campus placements. There are a lot of good companies like google, amazon, texas instruments, Qualcomm, sony, Samsung, BCG, etc. The placement percentage is around 95%.

Placements are very good here as we are moving to a high marketing company. If your speaking skills and your CGPA is strong then you can get a high-package job in your 4th year ending. You can go to campus placement or any other placement.

Placement Experience:

Placement percentage is almost around 90 percent. And the placement packages range from 10 lakh to 2 crores. The placement team very actively participates in bringing new companies for drive nd helps students in getting placed easily.

Review of IITM

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is pretty nice and the faculty is very knowledgeable and instruct us well. The faculty-student ratio is about 50. Review is taken every two weeks and the exams are difficult and not easy to pass. The teachers will help you on every path.

The online Data Science program at IIT Madras is a great opportunity for someone who can not attend regular college because of financial constraints, illness, or other reasons. The online BS in Data Science and Application allows students to gain knowledge of this field from one of the most reputed engineering colleges in India.

The online lectures are taught by experienced faculty members from IITM. What I found most interesting was the professors' distinct approach to teaching. The students are routinely assisted by committed and supportive staff.

It is a full-time degree or diploma and so it will have more value than online. But if we compare IIT Madras’ online degree or diploma with any other college’s then it is better.

The duration of the course is 3 years. The mode of training is online, the lectures are mostly recorded and partly live sessions.

Whether the course will be good or not that depends on what subject you are planning to pursue. If you opt for a subject related to technology, then it is not a good option. This is because technology cannot be learned through books or audiovisual. It requires you to be present in the field to gain experience and knowledge.
