Good networking of the college with the industry leaders owing it to the flagship HR program. Situated in one of the most prime locations in the country. Great faculty makes the learning process quite detailed and holistic.

IIM Ranchi is one of the best business schools in the country,it has a culture which is in line with its core values of hard work,honesty and humility which provides every student coming here someone a wholistic development of their personal and professional beings.I opted for the MBA course in IIM Ranchi as these vales resonated with my personality.

It is one of the top business schools in the country where students from different backgrounds and states come together to study. The institute facilitates all round development of students through various student clubs and committees.

As compared to 2nd generation IIM's, IIM Ranchi has better industry perception, location, weather, connectivity, niche HR programme-so better future prospects for college overall (Eg XLRI, MDI, TISS), lesser fee. Also if we look closely, IIM Ranchi will have a permanent campus by 2021 and all the biases against the institute will be sorted.

IIM RANCHI is one of the premier B- Schools in India and will provide great exposure. The faculty is one of a kind and provides great value addition. At the same time, IIM Ranchi has a great legacy and it's brand name will always stick with mai and help me in a lot of way in the future.

IIM Ranchi is the best of the new IIMs. It has a fantastic reputation for its quality of teaching, diverse crowd, electives offered in the 2nd year, location, placements and more. I am amazed by the efforts that the institute has taken to ensure that our education continues despite the COVID crisis.

It is the best among the new IIMs and the placements and culture is pretty good. The alumni base is relatively good as it has completed the 10year mark recently. The club culture and the corporate case study competition participation is definitely mention able.

The college has a good academic diversity with students coming in from different backgrounds which means you get to learn from people from various streams as MBA is also about learning from students around you and building network

Amongst all the new and baby IIMs, IIM Ranchi clearly wins the game with respect to the pedagogy and the facilities that it provides. The campus is known for providing single occupancy room to all the students. Also, the average placement is highest here.

How good are the placements in IIM Ranchi?

During the MBA placements season at IIM Ranchi in 2022, the highest and average packages offered were INR 42 LPA and INR 16.62 LPA, respectively. A total of 77 companies visited the campus for recruitment, with 21 specifically visiting for MBA HR placements. The highest and average packages offered during MBA HR placements were INR 32.21 LPA and INR 15.63 LPA, respectively.
Top recruiters included Amazon, Ernst & Young, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Thomson Reuters, KPMG, IBM, Deloitte, Flipkart, PeopleStrong, Sony Pictures, Samsung, Aditya Birla Group, L&T, GAIL, ONGC, Michael Page, Cadila Pharmaceuticals. The top sectors for recruitment were finance, operations, strategy and consulting, IT analytics, sales, and marketing.
