Also it has consistently been in the top B-Schools in India according to various rankings. The pedagogy here is best in class with diverse pool of students from all over India. This creates a great opportunity for me to learn from different people with different backgrounds.

The best new IIM, Student Driven Institute, Amazing Faculty base. The best part is that the institute knows how to balance academics with extra curricular activities. There is a lot of scope to grow and unveil your hidden talents. The course structure along with the activities makes one a good leader as well as a team player.

Following are the reasons for joining IIM Ranchi-
1.Student run campus due to which I can get exposure of training myself in real life scenerio and better get ready for future job.
2.ROI is good
3.Location because it is located in industrial location
4.Pedagogy is good because teaching through practical cases is taken place which helps to prepare one for future real life scenenrio 5.Presence of student interest groups which enables students to pursue their hobbies to relieve themselves which act as a stress buster and in turn it makes student more productive

IIM Ranchi has shown commendable growth in all aspects in the past few years. Overall development of the student is prime objective of the institute. Various clubs and committees provides a plethora of opportunities to the students to showcase their talent.

The college being in the city of Ranchi has an advantage, as we are very close to industries and this would mean more opportunities. Our hostel rooms have single rooms, which seem very luxurious for a MBA college. The fees for IIM Ranchi is also less as compared to most of it's sister New IIMS.

The factors that led me to decide on IIM Ranchi are Faculty Quality, Amount of oppurtunities, Placements, facilities provided etc. Highly diversified batch and Quality peer learning were other reasons that lead me to choose IIM Ranchi.

IIM Ranchi has a brand name which will be with us forever. The HRM course provided here drives better companies to come for the placement drive. The female students are well represented in the batch. The job roles offered in this college is far better than any other new IIMs. Also, Ranchi is known for its dominance in marketing and i always wanted to go for marketing as my major. Hence, it was a clear choice for me.

It is a growing institution, and it is known to offer many opportunities to the students. I wanted to go to a different city and explore its culture and surrounding. Jharkhand is a new state that I have never visited. Moreover, it gives us a chance to meet many people from different backgrounds and sensitize ourselves with other cultures. Team management, getting along with fellow students, and cooperating with staff and faculty, along with polishing ourselves, is what the institute focuses on. IIM Ranchi helps students to discover what they are good at by providing various challenges and opportunities.

How good are the placements in IIM Ranchi?

During the MBA placements season at IIM Ranchi in 2022, the highest and average packages offered were INR 42 LPA and INR 16.62 LPA, respectively. A total of 77 companies visited the campus for recruitment, with 21 specifically visiting for MBA HR placements. The highest and average packages offered during MBA HR placements were INR 32.21 LPA and INR 15.63 LPA, respectively.
Top recruiters included Amazon, Ernst & Young, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Thomson Reuters, KPMG, IBM, Deloitte, Flipkart, PeopleStrong, Sony Pictures, Samsung, Aditya Birla Group, L&T, GAIL, ONGC, Michael Page, Cadila Pharmaceuticals. The top sectors for recruitment were finance, operations, strategy and consulting, IT analytics, sales, and marketing.
