Dyal Singh College Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

According to my experience about the college my experience was excellent in almost every field. I dont know much about other courses by the faculties, students, seniors of my batch were very helpful and kind. Earlier my perception was like only the colleges in the north campus are worth joining but my experience at dyal singh college changed perception. I would really say that the college is worth joining.

On the basis of 12th marks I get admission and I am not gud in study but still wanted to study throw science so I taken this course

I did not appeared for any entrance examination. It was solely on my CBSE result. I scored 92% in my board examination. Frankly, i opted for this college because my marks listed in this college’s particular cut off list. Also, this college english faculty is renowned .

I got admission on basis of 12th merit and got admission in the college and there was no entrance exam for the B.com and the cut off was quite high in my college.

The admission into B.com is only based on the merit based on marks obtained in class 12th. There is no such entrance test or interviews to get admission into B.com

The college gave me a bunch of good friends, memories, affectionate teachers and the most important Education. The time here is the most valuable and once in a lifetime time spent. Being a part of this college and university always makes me feel proud - proud to be a Dscian.

If there is praise, there must also be criticism. Although I have praised my college in a number of fields, I must criticise about the administrative office. They are slow to respond to the students and are very sloppy in their work. It would benefit us all if they could be more sensitive to us students and care for our well-being more than they do now. Another thing which I must surely mention is just how amazing our principal, Dr. Inderjeet Singh Bakshi, is. He is truely a father figure for all the students and cares for us more than all the teaching and administrative staff of the college. I can say without hesitation, there would be no other Principal in the whole of India, who would care for the students more than our principal does.

Go for this course only if you have you know which profession you wish to pick after completing this course. If you only want to get a degree then it is better to go for some general graduation course. College management is co-operative. I had visited them couple of times for some documentation and all of the staff was friendly.

My college management was fine keeping in mind the frequent incidents of violence, strikes and dharnas. However, the administration was not very supportive when it came to submitting the fee on time or providing admit cards and certificates on time.The campus life was wonderful. There was a wonderful canteen which provided food on affordable rates. There was a very big ground, a big library, an auditorium, labs and much more. However, the computer lab was not of much use and there was no wi-fi.

It's just like having a college which almost full fill my college dream life. Election participate , all day laugh , full of Highness awesome experience.
