I have the affiliation to opt for a commerce course. student: faculty ratio is 15:50approx. They all have completed their PhD degree. The teaching method is helpful they provide timely notes. Any student who studies can easily pass the test and ace the exam. We are really blessed to get admission into such a college.

I wanted to do B.com honours Faculties are good, student friendly They are all of PHD, some are CA , CMA About 6 months in gross. It's easy to pass if student studies regularly and solve their doubts by faculties itself.

From Semester 5, students become eligible for campus placements. Big 4, and many more provide placement. I am pursuing a CA student so after getting the degree I will give my 100% to CA. They will provide placements for approx 50000-60000.

Goenka College provides placement and the highest package is around 6 lakh rupees per annum and the average package is around 4 lakh rupees per annum. The thing is that the actual cut off of Goenka is very high this is the reason for Goenka to become the best college for commerce in kolkata. The cut off ranges between 92% to 95%.

I chose this because I've designed my career around the field of finance only and we all know Goenka is one of the best colleges for commerce in Kolkata. The teachers are really qualified and so good. If you attend their classes regularly and sincerely then you don't need any tuition. There are total of 6 semesters each after 6 months. In the year 2023-24, there will be 8 semesters as the duration of the course has been increased to 4 years.

Students of B.Com 6th semester are eligible for campus placements. There are lots of MNCs who are visiting our college for hire. Delloite, e&y, Byjus, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. The average salary package provides by the companies is 5lakh per annum.

Big companies like Ernst & Young and Deloitte offers placement to the students. Seminars are held by different institutions and companies as well. Good packages are offered to the students on an average of 3.5 LPA which can be considered very well in a city like Kolkata.

In 2020 - 2021 was covid 19 pandamic situation. In this time I heard about this college admission going on and this college also good name in Kolkata. So I am from b. Com(Hons) and also reservation category. I choose this course. In this college lots of teaching faculty /teachers in our course. They are good quality for teaching and support.

End of the 2nd year exam our college provided placements to students. Many companies visited our college like TCS, TLS etc. If you get above 60% then you will get a chance to attend the campus. Then it will depend on your interview

Campus placement are available. A person needs to be good in things like group discussion, extra co-curriculum activities, personality should be good and academics of course If by chance one doesn't gets campus placement. Life will give you many opportunities as Goenka focuses on your overall development.
