5th sem student is eligible for campus placement. Deloitte, amazon, kpmg and other big companies visited... and they selected almost 10 to 20 percent of the student. highest package is 4 to 5 lakh and average package is 2 lakh approx i am currently preparing for professional courses

From the 5th semester, the students of this college are eligible for campus placements. I haven't attended such placement meetings as physical classes were suspended due to a going pandemic. I have no idea of the packages offered by the company as I have never attended such campus placement. Around 30%- 40% of students get successful campus placements. I took B.COM because very initially I set my career goal, my only goal was to become a CA that's why apart from BCom I can't imagine any other course which is relevant for me. And since from class 12, I am very good in Accountancy and successfully got 95 marks in 12th board. So it's my personal opinion whoever he or she is best in accountancy then go for BCom. If we talk about teachers of the goenka college, then they are very cooperative and good enough also very helpful and not like they are professions, and not having to resolve the query of their students, trust me, friends our professors are very good, well disciplined and full of knowledge, if I talk about the teachers of own section (morning) then I am very blessed for having a such a kind teachers. The teaching method is too good, on a daily basis we attended 4 classe students also do online classes very enthusiasly. End semester examination generally held on august and February, not very much diff. but have to study.

The college offers the best placement and internship opportunities among all colleges under Calcutta University. Various MNCs like PWC, Deloitte, KPMG, E & Y, DE Shaw & Co. visit the campusand recruit students. The average package offered is on continuous rise over the years.

Students become eligible for campus placement in their final year. The College has a well-developed Placement cell which takes care of the placement of the students. In the last 3 years, around 90 students got placed in reputed corporate houses. With a view to preparing the students for the job market, the College maintains a Guidance and Counselling Cell. Around 300 students got the benefit of this cell during the last 3 years. Reputed companies like Wipro come to recruit students here. I planned to appear for CAT instead of taking a job after B.Com hons. An MBA degree will obviously increase the worth and job application.

The college has a well-developed placement cell which takes care of the placement of the students. The students after completing semester 6 without any arrears in any previous semesters becomes eligible for placement. Student gets placed any various in multinational corporations like Deloitte. And banks like Axis bank , HDFC bank, etc.

There is a placement cell that invites some of the best companies in India for students. Students from the 5th semester are eligible to give an interview for a job. Around 30 to 40% of students get campus jobs in our college. I have decided to do CS and LLB courses after my completion of the UG program.

I chose B.com because this is a very popular course also the oldest course in India. We have a batch of 90 students. It is not very difficult or hard if you learn and understand. Goenka provides every single thing for students who can learn and understand easily.

The students become eligible to get job opportunities after they complete the 4th semester or the 2nd year. The companies that visited our college are GODREJ, LIVPURE, DELOITTE SHARED SERVICES PVT(L), GL GROUPS and some others. Every year almost 70% of students get placed from this college and the average package offered is around 4lakhs/year. The highest package offered is around 6-7lakh/year. I want to join the GODREJ group after I complete getting my degree because my father is also an employee there and I want to stay with him during my job time. Every student can get the desired job amongst these top brand companies.
