LBSIM Delhi Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placement was really good. I used to be a part of the placement cell. There were alot of placement opportunities there. Many good companies like Navarro, IVP, Cvent used to come and hire the students.

From Trimester 4, placement season starts and goes on till last trimester for 2nd year students. Approx 100 companies visited with 250+ offers. The highest package was around 20 LPA and the average is around 8.5 LPA. Around 90% of students get placed through campus. Getting a job in the Sales and marketing domain.

Placements at the institute are good. Many amazing companies come on board for placements. A lot of finance companies come with a great profile and the package offered is also industry standard. The median package is 9 LPA

faculties at lbsim are all the phd holders and have good teaching as well as corporate experience. the course at lbsim gets updated every year. they interact with alumni in corporates and other connections and decide the changes our curriculum needs on the basis of the demand of the industry.They started FINANCE and RESEARCH & BUSINESS ANALYTICS course seperately as this was the need of the hour. The faculty ratio at lbsim will be 1:7. this college has a lot of visiting faculties from top colleges like IIFT, IIM, etc

Almost all students get placed in lbsim but the avg package would be approx Rs 7 lakhs to 9 lakhs. various top companies and startups come for placements like Deloitte, EY, ICICI. profiles are offered to students of every domain like finance, marketing, operations, etc. placements are not too good but okay

The campus placements are for 2nd-year students with a 100% placement rate. The average package offered is 9.9 lpa with the highest being 21 lpa. A lot of reputed companies visit the campus like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Kotak Bank, Asian Paint to name a few.

Campus placement is okay this year. Companies are not very much interested this year due to covid. Mostly every year 100% placement happens in lbsim and students of finance domain get placed first and marketing companies visit campus later. But this year the scene is totally opposite. Finance students are struggling to get placed. After the 5th-trimester students become eligible for placements. Though the top companies came like Deloitte, KPMG, britannia, icici but still package is less. 25 lakhs was the highest package and 7-8 lakhs was the avg package till now but this year it will not be the scene. Every year companies offer placement in every domain. Students get the domain of their choice.

LBSIM offers assistance for both Summer internship and Final placements. All specializations receive ample opportunities to work with reputed organizations. Summer internship placements usually start in early September and go on till March. LBSIM enjoys 100% placement during SI and Final placements as well.

College has campus placement every year. Students of our batch are responsible for our placement. The senior team look for opportunities. The placement is okay. I won't say good but okay. mostly 100% batch gets placed every year but this time due to covid it is becoming difficult. AVG package is rs 6-7 lakhs and highest is 25 lakhs approx. Various companies visit campus including top companies and startups. Most startups come. Students are eligible for placements after the 5th trimester. Offers are brought in every domain and every course.

LBSIM has a track record of 100% placement since the inception of the Institute. Some of the prominent recruiters last year were DE shaw, JP Morgan Chase, Reliance capital, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, Asian Paints, Marks & Spencer etc. For the year 20219, the highest packages offered was 21 LPA with an average CTC of 9.9LPA.
