I feel so proud to be here and the faculty are just superb and awesome.
Thd placement in my college is pretty good in my branch the average package is ruppees 2500000 per annum many of big companies like microsoft, atlasian, amazon, google, wipro etc visits here for giving good placements
Even if bit mesra is a gift but still the fee structure is slightly more than other gifts on the other hand category scholarship, state scholarships and merit cum scholarships are also there for good and bright students.

Dislikes

Hostel facility is very bad they are very rude they don't listen to anyone else.
The mess fees quality is very bad and students prefer to eat outside
Some faculty members are very educated and experienced but some of them have absolutely no knowledge they have just got the degree are just there to disturb students.

My college has well developed infrastructure.
My college has numerous trained faculty members
My college has lush greenery and a river in the backside of campus.

Dislikes

Hostel rooms are too much small for double accommodation
Mess food is also not much good, it is quite average.

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in my college having an average of 17.5 lakhs in year 2024 in CSE course. Other branches also have good placements opportunities like ECE course have 16 lakhs average in year 2024

BIT mesra: a mix of good and bad

Likes

College ambience is good,nature is always around you

Dislikes

Management is litreally bad
Only 23 acres of infrastructure in 1000 acres of college

Placement Experience:

They become eligible from 3rd year. Only people of circuital branch are allowed for tech placement. 90 companies visited the college google, adobe, microsoft and other psu among them. Highest-56, avg-12 , median-10, 90% gets placed. I am preparing for jee again because the scene is quite bad for mech.

I like the diversity of student out here they are very good in nature and senior are also not rude to you.
I like the food given to us at mess and hostel cleanliness
Tidyness and clean campus experience silent and still.

Dislikes

I don't like the 2 student in one room scene.
I dont like rainy season here its terifying
I also don't like that market is far away.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I recenlty joined the college so i can say it already provided by the student and on the website itself abou the course and other this so check out the wesite to go future more, But course is aligned with NEP and teacher are skilled enough.

Bit mesra at a glance

Likes

For bit mesra the campus is the best thing. The college has a very lush green campus of 780 acres with all the facilities which peoples expect from a very good college.
The sports complex in the college is also next level and the sports equipment are also nice. There are 34 clubs in the college which is a very big deal and some of them are working from 1955 time.
The best thing about bit mesra is the placement here. Almost all companies visit for campus placement like Google Microsoft Amazon Flipkart etc.

Dislikes

The fees of college is pity much high. You can expect 20 lakh expenditure for btech course.
In college the attendance is very much strict and it is mandatory to keep 75 percentage attendance, And that also include your medical leaves
In college the hostel rooms are very much small. You get one chair table for two persons because 2 table can't be fitted in that room.

Placement Experience:

In case of placement bit is among the top colleges of the country.Students are eligible for campus internship in second year and placement in 3rd years end. Almost every dream company like Google Microsoft Amazon Flipkart Samsung Adobe and 200+ companies visit campus for placement.the average pakage of college is 11 to 12 lakhs. It can go arround 120 lakh for CSE and 16 lakh for ECE.

The campus is isolated from the main campus and to travel a lot to go to the main city
the distance make it inconvenient to acess city amenities such as shopping ,dining and entertainment
it can also be challenging for the student who want job opportunities and internship or other acedemic collaboration.

The placement rate is generally high many student securing jobs before they graduate .some branches like cse ,aiml and ece has graet palcemnt.Average pakage is 12 lakh .Top recruiters are microsoft, google ,amazone, adobe ,tata steel ,L&T ,Reliance industies and some consulting companies like Bain and co

Small rooms in hostle and sometimes flush don't work in washrooms
Curriculum is tough I mean very strict college in terms of academics

Yes here on campus placements are the best part Last year cse got a package of 20lpa avg Highest package was 55 lpa from chemicle and cse Percentage of placed students is around 60-70% All major companies visit here like Amazon Facebook and all the big mnc's My plans are from here to complete my Btech and then do MS from other foreign universities

It's lush green campus that is good for environment and everyone.
Their is various types of books is available in the library.
Buses are available for the students rather than booking cab

Dislikes

Some professors are very strict that i don't like it
Fees are very high as compare to normal engineering college
hostel mess food is not tasty and unhygenic

Placement Experience:

in this college placement is far better than any othe rlower rank nit colleges .. highest packages is 51 lackh and median package is 25 lakh an dlowest packageis 3 lakh which is better than any other colleges

A beautiful lush green campus and river site
Very Good faculties are there and they provide best help possible .
Good and highly technical well equipped labs facility.

Dislikes

Hostel room for everyone is that every student have to share there room with other students
Mess facility provided by institute is not good
cleanliness in hostels and mess is very bad and also water quality.

Placement Experience:

The placements of this college is very good but there is more tech intake in this coolege thats why I think placements stats going to worst. From the prefinal year students becomes eligible for campus placements . Google ,Texas ,Scrodinger ,Arcesium , goldman Sachs And many tech and non tech company visit for campus placements. highest package is 60 lakh , Average package is 8 lakh per company offered. 50 percent students getting placements. my plan is to get placed in the best company i desereve.

I have to like placements in cse department and also placement is good in biotech. Avg package is around 13lpa that is too much high a
A sport complex is also there where all the courts are present like basket ball, foot ball, badminton. Two gyms are also there.
The campus size is around 700+acres And air conditioned class rooms and lecture hall has been provided.

Dislikes

Campus is not well maintain. And fee is also too much
Hostel rooms is quite smaller. Intake is too high and number of hostel is low
Profesor is also not to much experence to get proper understanding to a student

Placement is quite good as cimpars to another college. Around 75%+ students get placed. The highest package is around 50-60lpa (every year)and avg is 13lpa. Around 150+ companies visited the campus. Number of the offers is good.

The teachers are nice and helpful. They clear all our doubts
The campus is nice . We get a lot of facilities like in campus gym , medical facilities etc

Dislikes

The hostel rooms are not up to mark. And they don't have attached bathrooms
The schedule is too hectic a lot of exams are taken

The frequency of exams they take in such an short interval is not so good we don't get enough time for preparing. But if given time then also we won't be studying because true engineers study only night before exams. But on a serious point there are a lot of exams
