Students can apply for placement from final year that is 7 semester ?last year the highest package was 44 lpa and average package from my branch was 13 lpa .overall package from college stand about 8 lpa

in Harcourt Butler Technical University Kanpur In the 5th semester, you are eligible for internship and placement But officially started from 7 th semester or in the final year of your college. In chemical engineering many companies like Honeywell, Exxon Mobil, and art industries. And many more and some psus directions directly visiting campus. Almost 90% of students in chemical engineering are placed.

From 7 semesters you are eligible for placements around 80 percent of student get placed but in CS their placement is 95 percent. after getting a degree I plan to get a good job as a software engineer in any good company.

Placements are good at Harcourt Butler Technical University and seniors are supportive in every aspect, our placement criteria is also fine here faculty is supportive and 10 lakes is average package of mechanical engineering.

Placements are good. And if you are an average student in the study you can even get a good placement package just by showing little consistency in your final year. Approx 70-75 % of students get placed and the rest 25 %may go for higher studies or government jobs.

The placement of food technology is increasing every year so I opted for this course. These are well-qualified and some faculty members are not much experienced. Are from IIT and Nities as well. There were to mid-semester sem examinations and one and some examinations in one semester.

I have an interest in the electronics branch due to good placement in HBTU with an average of 9.5lakhs per annum. The faculty is very educated in my college. Most of the professors are postgraduate and PhD holders from IITs and NITs. The exams are done on the dates given in the academic calendar of the college.

I got this course on the basis of my rank. The faculty of the university is well educated and most of them are passed from renowned universities like IIT, NIT, DTU, etc. The exams are done according to the timetable given in the academic calendar.

Most of the students are preparing for competitive exams in Gate, UPSC, SSC, etc Many Students secured a good rank in the 3rd or final year are not committed towards the placements. Placements statistics are higher than other state Universities with higher average package. At the time of recession the deserving students get placed easily. From the end of 6th semester students starts involving in internship programs and many will get on and off campus placement by the end of 7th semester. Minimum cgpa of 6.0 to 6.5 is requirement of most of the companies. Almost 80% of the eligible students who fulfill the criteria get placed . But this may vary if recession hits the economy.

From 7 semesters students are eligible for campus placements. The highest placement in mechanical engineering is up to 14 lakhs and the average package is 8 lakhs per annum. 70-80 % of students get placed. And remaining go for further studies.
