The students are placed from the 5th semester. Many companies visit the college and many students get selected from all branches with great payscale approx 80% students who r eligible get placed in the college.

You can get placements in any year depending on your skills but in college, the placement starts from the third year many students get paid internships and some also get PPO's. The highest package in the 2021 batch was 26 lakh. While the average package is 4.5 lakhs. Almost 80 % of students get placed every year and the numbers are just increasing.

From the 3rd year i.e around the 6th semester, the students are eligible for campus placement . Most of the companies which come to Silicon are service based companies ( for cs/it students) . The highest package previous year came from the ECE BRANCH from synopsis . There are also facilities of pool Campus drives through which many students crack higher LPA IN Amazon or other product based companies. The average package is of 2-4 LPA . Companies such as TCS, Infosys , wipro are mass recruiters , some product based companies also recruit . There's Cognizant as well which in recent years have recruited some students. The percentage of students getting placed is around 60-70% . After getting the degree from this college I would try to upskill myself and try for product based companies.

Students are eligible in the 3rd year for on-campus placements. Which is in the 6th semester. Mainly TCS, Wipro, amazon visits our college but barely 2 to 3 people get selected in amazon and other big tech companies. The employability of CS is better than any other branch of this college. I want to get into a tech company. If not that then I will be doing MTech in any college other than SILICON. The percentage of students getting placement is a maximum of 40 % or less.

From 7th sem one is eligible for placements. Companies like Infosys, Mindtree,Wipro etc comes to the college. Most of the companies are mass recruiters Average package=3.6 lakh. Almost 80% of students get placed. Silicon encourages GATE Aspirants.

Generally, students become eligible for placements from the 6th Semester for pre placements. Companies like Accenture, TCS, Infosys and Mindtree visit the college frequently. The placement percentage is 98%.

CSE sees 90 percentile success in placement activities.ECE around 70 percentile and EEE around 40-50 percentile.The major companies that come every year are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, and a lot others

The students start sitting for the placement from the seventh semester i.e. 4th year . Almost every company who visits makes offer. This year the highest salary offered to a student was 18 lakh per annum by lecture notes . Almost 100 percent students get placement. I too hope to get a placement after getting degree.

ProsPlacement is very good compared to other tier 2 colleges.Educational Infrastructure is good for more hands on experience.Location is best where it is suited. Exposure is good.ConsFee structure is high.Mess food is not upto the mark.More focused on studies rather than other activities.Admission Process Based on Jee Mains score, you get into various branches.Generally you require a good score to get into Computer science branch.

Around 70%-80% of the students from my course got placed. The highest package offered here is around 13 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 3 LPA. But most got placed with 3.5-4.5 LPA. But generally, most of the on-campus recruiting companies are from software companies despite core companies.
