NIT Silchar Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the beginning of the 7th semester students become eligible for placements.Big companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Uber, Vedanta, TCS, Wipro, and many more companies visit our campus.l 5o hire freshers. Height placement for the year 2024 is rs 59.6LPA(ctc).And the average placement is almost 10 lakh per annum.Almost 70% get placed this year.My plan is to do a good job in a mnc after getting the degree.

From semester 6(six) onwards students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies like Amazon, Google, oil India, Samsung, HPCL, ONGC, and many other tech companies and core companies visit every year, and about 80-85 percent are placed. The highest placement of the college is about 80 lakhs and EE department, the highest package is about 52 lakhs and many students also prefer higher Education.

Generally from 7th semester students get eligible for placement. many companies vist to the college including Google Microsoft facebook (meta) etc. last year highest placement offered was 80 lakh per annum and nearly 90 percent students get placed

Like all the other NITS there is placem cell in NIT Silchar too which invites all the companies from around the country to the campus. Big big companies like Amazon TCS have hired students from NIT Silchar in the past. The percentage of students getting placed sticks around 70-80% every year..The highest package till date is 80L per annum.

The placement percentage of this college is more than 95%. The average package offered in our college is 14LPA. The highest package stood at 80LPA offered by Atlassian.Median CTC is about 9LPA. Most of the top companies like Amazon, AWS, Atlassisn, Tata projects, L&T , Adani projects, Vedanta, Cisco, Oil India Limited, BPCL,etc comes to our college.After the degree I am opting for higher studies.

I joined this college for placement opportunities only. This college has the record for providing one of the most highest package in entire north easy with max salary of 80 lakhs per annum (off Campus). Campus placements go as high as 52 lpa in CSE. In my branch,.PSU gives highest placement offer like OIL India. Profiles offered can be in many sectors like core, tech, management roles, banking roles, teaching roles etc. Percentage of students getting placed in my branch is around 75 percent. Average package is about 7-8 lpa. After getting the degree let's see, I can either do the job if I get in campus placement or I can opt for MBA as an option.

From seventh semester,the students are eligible for placements and from third semester students are eligible for internships.Highest package of our college is eighty lakhs per annum and average package of our college is thirty lakhs per annum.

Placement is very good in NIT Silchar. This year 60-70 percent students got placement. For placement from 7th semester students can seat for placement. There are so many companies visited for placement. Including Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Cisco, oil, ONGC, TCS and many more.
