NIT Silchar Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placements are good in my college. Around 200 companies visisted and 600 offers was made in 2024. Recruiters was amazon, microsoft, goldman sachs, infosis,google and many more. The highest pakage was 80 lpa in CSE and median was 24 lpa.

Everything is good here nothing is the problem here...exam are so consecutive here..4 month is duration for a semester...after first 2 month there is mid sem....between mid and end there is minor and one internal exam...and after 4 month there is end sem

The placement of my college is very good. I choose my college because of only the reason I choose my college is the placement for CSE branch the average package 24 lakhs and the highest package is 82 lakhs in 2023 and four ece branch the average package is 18 lakhs students mostly choose C++ language because most of the seniors says that C++ is very often language to learn. DSA there are all the companies like Google, Microsoft infosys apple linkedin wipro and all the famous companies they ask questions regarding the dsa

From 6th semester onwards, students become eligible for internships and placements. Various companies visit the campus,few of them are TCS, Wipro, L&T, Infosys, etc.Last year , the highest package was around 52 LPA, while lowest ones went to 2-3 LPA.

1.campus intern drive from from starting of 3rd year. 2.from 7th semester students can sit for capus placements 3.top companies includes amazon,microsoft,atlassian,accenture,goldmannsachs,aws,delloitte,detueche bank,hcl tech,razorpay and many more startups also. 4.90% students get placed for sure 6.highest in 2023 was 56lpa and least was 6lpa 7.i want to get placed

The placement of our college is fantastic.and it is much better than the northeast nits.from 7 semester generally Students are eligible for placement.there are many big companies visit to our college and they offered packages to students like Google ,Microsoft, oracle, intas and like Microsoft approximately offered 3,4 people for job.the highest package of nit silchar is 52.89 lpa and average package is 13.34 lpa.percentage of the students placed in this year is approx 75%.if some students not offered campus placement then they have also many opportunities for job outside the college because of college like it is nit and it's degree is very important.my plans after getting the degree is doing job for some times and then do business.

From 8th Semester students are eligible for campus placement.. Name Of Companies that visited in campus for offering jobs to students are :- Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Cisco and all .. Highest Placement:- 52.89 Lakhs Average Placement:- 13.34 lakhs Median Placement:- 10Lakhs

From 3rd years students are eligible for internship and from 7th semester they are eligible for campus placement. Amazon,nvidia, apple , etc come to our college. Percentage of students getting placement is also good.

Placements are quiet good at our college .Most of the students are placed here. Last year the placement percentage was 100 percent in the computer science branch and core branches also so agood placement percentage with a placement percentage of 80 percent in civil engineering.
