I like the teachers like dr.sheena she is one of the best teacher here .
Placements and internship opportunities are good. research support is also very strong. bangalore is nearby hence a lot of companies visit for campus placements
Fees are somewhat high but a lot of scholarship opportunities are there for students, especially college fee is free for those whose annual income is less than one lakh and third for those less than five lakhs

Dislikes

There was a lack of transparency while choosing college hostel.
Hostel food is not good, actually veg mess food is not good at all
There are not lot of thing which i dislike its just two which i mentioned above.

Remarks:

It is one of the best nits and better than many iits also if we get into a good branch. Though there has been suicides my branch profs aren't that strict and I don't know much about other branches.

I think in college postive is more then negative remarks. But i wanna share about negative which is about lovers, here no parents to judge us so maximum of the students are commited. I think its about nort guys?. And postive about our college is good placement.

Remarks:

This place has its own private beach, swimming pool, all the major sports facilities, student environment in general is great here and this place is regarded as best NIT for life in campus. The food here can be improved alot. Apart from other things and the facilities available in the hostel should be available always.

My dream college

Remarks:

Our college is one of the most prestigious engineering institutes in India. Placement statistics are excellent. Worldwide alumni network, experienced & dedicated faculty, genius students, private beach, great infrastructure makes our college a dream college for every JEE aspirant.

Nitk surathkal

Remarks:

The college location is also very good there is also a private beach and the only college in the country to have a private beach. The weather is not that good. There are only two seasons here rainy season and summer season. There's also problems of power cut at the end of even semester which is in summer season

Why NITK is one of the best engineering college in India

Remarks:

NITK will give you everything you want for a bright future. A better job, good opportunity for going masters. NITK will give you a amazing network of people in every field which can be helpful to you at point in your life. NITK helps you to grow and build your personality irrespective of what background you come from. Disadvantage being you need to be competitive enough to survive the competition. Being one of the best college in India, it has best minds so you really need to cope up with the competition.

Life and Benefits of NITK

Remarks:

Overall it's a very fun and adventurous life here at NITK. you will get to experience many new things, new friends whom you won't want to loose. There is beach also, which is also a place to get peace. There are many places to visit also nearby like coorg, saklespur, sanctuary, etc.

NIT Surathkal is one of the premium engineering colleges in India. It has an amazing faculty pool with top-notch infrastructure. Many big companies visit the campus for placements. The campus is huge with all basic amenities like hostels, health care centers, sports facilities, etc. Students are provided with 24/7 internet facility and also basic facilities like water and electricity.
