- Nit trichy has an excellent placement record with a large number of students placed in to top companies every year, the institute's has strong industry connection and career development program
- Their way of teaching is really good and impressive, they make concepts easy to understand.
- You get a scholarship...if you have some reservations but on the contrary, the college set is not that costly compared to other colleges and the roi is good here, you'll get placed in a nice company in the end anyways

- The wifi service is very poor in the hostel and even mobile network is bad due to its remote location.
- Room is spacious but the hostel maintainance is so bad as compared to the college maintenance.
- This college is very old. so infrastructures are not that good. wifi facility is very poor

- campus is very big. enjoying night life with friend and inside campus. facilities available like for sports library, computer labs, advanced equipments, etc.
- Exposure I got after coming here like students are organising very big events, making realtime working applications, that is being used by the college. Competitive circle.
- Placements are very good. If you study normally you will get guaranteed placement.
Dislikes
- Location of college from city. For anything you have to go 30 km for reaching city.
- Many reptiles and animals like snakes, monkey, mongoose, etc roaming around.
- in some hostels, equipments are old like fans are noisy, bathroom maitainance also gets delayed sometimes.
Placement Experience:
NIT Trichy comes under the top 10 ranking in engineering colleges in India. It is also a tier 1 college, so placements are good here.
For every course, students are allowed to sit for placements from the second last year of their course.
for MCA we have 6 semesters. In the 3rd semester companies come to provide internships. and in 5th semester companies come for full-time employment.
more than 100 companies visit every year, including most of the popular companies like Google, Microsoft, Samsung, adobe, oracle, amazon, Razorpay, visa, and many more.
The highest package offered is around 50 to 60 LPA.
average is around 15 to 20 LPA.

- the things i liked in the campus is it has all greenery all around the the college.
- As here outside very rarely shops are there but all the things are available in the campus shops.
Dislikes
- As there are so many greenery in the campus so there are snakes in the campus and other insects.
- All the facilities are provided in the hospital in emergency but there is insufficent care taken in snake bite
Placement Experience:
In Nit trichy the course is of three year and after first year student can take internship from the company and after second year student can sit for the campus placement. Many big companis like Amazon, google, microsoft, Goldmans and there are around 100+ companies came for the campus placement for the MCA students. Higest Averge company offer is fifty lakh by Amazon EWS for MCA and averge package is around 10 lakh and in this year Mostly companies came for data science and data anaylyst then software developer and lastly for web dveloper. Around 95 % students get placed in my time of the 2023 year . After getting the degree from the college as I have placed so my plan is to do the job

Placement Experience:
There will be six semesters in total, when you are in 3rd semester, you become eligible for the internships, and when you are in 5th semester, you can sit for the placements. A large number of companies come to the campus like Google, cisco, pwc, epsilon, Mahindra, bny mellon, TCS, tata, etc.
More than 90% of students got placed. I got an FTE offer for a software engineer from here.

- Greenery, college is full of trees. During rainy season ,cool climate it is good.
- Peaceful temple. Morning temple is sooo good. We can start our day with peaceful mind
- Stone benches. Actually we call it as lovers spots. But sitting single and njoying weather is good in the evenings.
Dislikes
- Sunny days. It is soo hot here during afternoons. Summer season is terrific.
- College is placed in city outskirts. Travelling is hectic.
Placement Experience:
From 4th year placement starts
onwards we are having placements. In placements, we can sit in any company's exam in any domain.. with respect to our interest. We need to learn those domain topics on our own. Domains for this course include software, analytics, electronics, and core.

- You need to stick with people all over the india
- There will be mostly rich people who won't care about anything and may influenze you
- Some of the professor wont be nice to you
Placement Experience:
There is a Training and placement section to make you placed in your dream company. They offer training before the third year to get you placed. You can expect most of the first-tier companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Uber etc in NITT Trichy. Rough 97% of students will get placed.

- Weather is a bit warm here, so sometimes you will feel bad.
Placement Experience:
Campus Placements are good. Placements starts from ohr third year, i.e 5th semester. Top companies like Amazon and Morgan Stanley visits in our campus. Highest package offered is around 40LPA and average being above 10LPA. Job profiles offered are SDE, Data Analyst, etc. Above 90% students gets placed every year.

for placements once you get an internship in 3rd year it's pretty much sorted after that you'll proly get a PPO even if you're getting placed in 4th year it's pretty chill after that you don't have a lot of classes to attend basically you sleeping all day...a lot of companies comes to our college big ones being. Microsoft, google, oracle etc and most of the students are placed (~95%) by the end of 4th year

- Faculties had very experienced and expert faculty.

- Classes building is far from the hostel.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Initially before admission to the college, I had a great interest in the mechanical automobile sector, and my interest in mechanics led me to choose this branch.
Faculty to student ratio is 1:14.
PhD in the corresponding teaching field.
The exam was according to the syllabus and was not very easy to pass.

- Campus is good and very large area (800 acres).
- Computer facilities are provided 24 hour.
- We have a very large library in which there is more than 3000 books are there.
Dislikes
- There is too hot weather in campus and high humidity.
- Due to 800 acres big campus, it is hard to move form one dept to another.
- Due to South Indian location, there is south people dominant in campus.
Placement Experience:
We have campus placements and companies start coming in July months till the month of April.
Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester in b. Tech. All the big companies visited our college this year.

What is your review about NIT trichy electronics and communication branch?

I am currently studying ECE at NIT Trichy. So far, I’ve had an amazing experience. During the first two years, you will deal with Core Electronics. In the first year, every branch studies the same subjects to brush up on concepts learned in senior classes at school. The next two years deal with the Communication part. You will get to choose electives from various options like image processing, etc.
All the branches are equally good and each offers ample opportunities in terms of scholarships. The ECE branch has a very good reputation and the faculty is quite good. Some teachers can even teach more than two subjects with subjects ranging from Digital Electronics to Signal Processing and Data Structures (elective). NIT Trichy follows a Relative Grading System (RG).
Thus, the NIT Trichy ECE branch is a great choice.

NIT Trichy is indeed one of the best engineering colleges in India, the institution that changed my life. While every NIT has its own unique strengths and weaknesses, NIT Trichy has a distinctive competitive ambiance. Life here is pretty fast-paced and apart from academics, NIT Trichy also has an equal balance of extracurricular activities. There are more than 50 student-driven clubs that encourage the active participation of students. These clubs instill a sense of equality among the students irrespective of their academic profiles. NIT Trichy gives you the opportunity to pursue your passions boldly.
The climate here is a bit unbearable and the location is kind of remote. You will find it difficult to adjust here in the initial months but once you have adapted yourself to the ambiance here, the real fun starts.
Overall, as an NIT Trichy student, you will learn to socialize, handle tea life problems and fulfill your goals. Here, you alone fuel your passions!
