Some major companies that visit us- are Microsoft, Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Arcesium, Titan, Amazon, ITC, and Nestle. Highest package received is 71.51Lpa, Average Package - 20.03Lpa. Percentage of students getting placements - 100%.

100% of the students get placed in the MBA program of XIMB. A variety of roles are offered through campus placement opportunities. The highest package offered was of 71 lacs per annum, and the average stands at 20 Lakhs. The Median also lies around 18-19 lacs. Profiles offered include IT consultant, Area sales manager, Product Manager, and more. Students are eligible for campus placements in their 5th term. Microsoft, Bain and company, and Goldman Sachs are some high-profile recruiters on campus. Tata steel, Delloite, and ICICI bank are some prominent recruiters as well. Avg CTC growth is about 14% year on year. There were 71 recruiters in the final placement for a batch of 2021-23.

Companies from around the country visit the campus with high demand in the field of sales and marketing, consulting and finance, The highest salary obtained from batch was at 20 lakh. Companies like Icici, HDFC, Tata, Birla and many more approach the campus for providing pre placement and placement offers to the students.

From 6th that's at the end of the semester students are eligible for campus placements. Average package offered- 15.42 lpa and highest package- 26 lpa. As per sources every year 100% students does get placements as so many companies do come to select candidates for their companies.

Placements are excellent with organizations offering HR and marketing profiles. Summer placements start around August of every year and the final placement begins in October. The percentage of students getting placed is 99%.

My plan is to work under a good company for the initial years and take further decisions based on the work culture and opportunities given.
