Overall it is a good technical institute with many nerds passing out every year. There are many social and technical clubs to sharpen the knowledge of students.

If you're looking a good on-campus life which doesn't burn a hole in your parent's pockets and you're not so concerned about placements and world-class amenities, then this is the right place for you. On a clear day, you can see the Himalayan mountains very clearly visible. And the weather is mostly comfortable. The overall experience is good, you get to meet a lot of new people from different backgrounds, discover yourself as a completely different person, learn the art of improvisation and compromises and become a strong individual at the end of the journey.

If said, there is a small problem I will want to highlight is faculty problem in ECE branch. Overall, Ithink that the rest procedure, system is very well in our campus including infra-structure also. Experiences I have gained is just awsome. I just can't put an end in sharing the experience because what this college campus has given me is remarkable in my full life. That's it.

Our campus is a green campus with full of different activities that goes around it.All that us to be improved us placement.Apart from this college is filled with every necessities.

For, studying it is good but for placement it's not a very good option. You can boost up your extracurricular activity over here.

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination(WBJEE). It's very reputed college.Transportation also good here.There was no interview process followed.As CSE have highest placement and scope so i choose it.

No such bad remarks for college.they provide everything a student need.

I gave wbjee conducted by west bengal joint entrance board to get admission in Jalpaiguri govt engineering collage. I ranked 3778. Jgec comes in the 3 rank among all govt collage in west bengal. For my rank i am getting jalpaiguri only.

I took JELET , West Bengal Lateral Entry Entrance Exam by WBJEEB to enter this college. Actually I forget my exact score / rank but I think I got a rank around 860. I opted in this college mainly because of 2 reason, first of all this college is a Government college, and the reputation is very good in West Bengal till now. Additional reason was the natural beauty and pleasant weather.

I passed West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination which is must to get admission to any Engineering graduation course in West Bengal. No interview is needed. Just score good in entrance, attain the counselling and get admission.
