Delhi University offers BSc in Agriculture and not many colleges offer the same course. Admissions to the few listed colleges for the undergraduate agricultural program are merit-based. The candidates who have 12th standard from a recognized board/ university with Physics / Chemistry and Biology as main subjects are eligible to take admission to this course.

  • The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent level of examination from a recognized board/ university with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as their main subjects.
  • The candidates belonging to the general category should score at least 50% in their last qualifying examination.
  • The candidates belonging to the OBC category should score at least 45% in their last qualifying examination.
  • The candidates belonging to SC/ST category should score at least 40% in their last qualifying examination.

Also, I would recommend you not wait for the last date and apply as early as possible. You can also take the LPUNEST exam to avail of up to 50% scholarship on the total program fee. The total course fee of this course is INR 14 lakhs including the hostel fees.  The scope of this course is great as you get to have hands-on learning of the subject.
