Goa BSc Agriculture Admission is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education Goa. The admission to the BSc Agriculture course in Goa is done on the basis of marks scored in 10+2. Candidates must be from the science stream to be eligible to apply for the BSc Agriculture course in Goa.

BSc Agriculture is a full-time course of 4-years. The course aims to teach practices and deals with the breeding of plants and genetics. The Admission is done solely on a merit basis. Candidates who qualify for the exam get Admission to BSc Agriculture course.

Goa BSc Agriculture Admission 2024: Eligibility

  • The candidates who have passed the HSC examination of Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Education, or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/ Vocational Horticulture/Floriculture, and Mathematics, and obtained a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate are eligible for admission under this course.
  • A candidate who does not have Mathematics as a subject in their HSC examination are eligible for admission but will have to complete a Bridge course in Mathematics in the 1st Semester.
  • A candidate who does not have Biology as a subject in their HSC examination are eligible for admission but will have to complete a Bridge course in Biology in the 1st Semester.

  • Candidates need to register themselves on the respective institute’s Admission portal
  • Visit the online website and Login in with the credentials received on your email ID or registered mobile number.
  • Fill in the required details like personal and academic
  • Upload the required documents, and click on submit.
  • To confirm the enrolment, the candidate needs to pay Rs. 855 through an online payment gateway.
  • The remaining fees of respective degree programs should be paid in installments as per guidance issued by the respective college.

Also, I would recommend you not wait for the last date and apply as early as possible. You can also take the LPUNEST exam to avail of up to 50% scholarship on the total program fee. The total course fee of this course is INR 14 lakhs including the hostel fees.  The scope of this course is great as you get to have hands-on learning of the subject.
