BSc Agriculture is a four-year course that focuses on and imparts technical know-how and practical knowledge related to practices in agricultural science. This course deals with a wide and diverse range of topics like Plant Breeding, Genetics, Soil Science, and many more. This course aims to create practitioners of modern agricultural practices that can use techniques and practices in real-world situations.

BSc Agriculture applicants who want to apply for this course in Nagaland need to have completed their 12th grade and secured an appropriate rank in the AIEEA-UG which is conducted by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). Nagaland BSc Agriculture Admission 2024: Eligibility Criteria

  • It is necessary for applicants to satisfy the eligibility criteria as laid out by the ICAR. The eligibility criterion is as given.
  • The applicant must have cleared 10+2 from a recognized board or its equivalent securing at least 50% score. There is a 10% relaxation in case of candidates belonging to categories. Candidates who have compartmental exams will not be eligible to apply for the exam.
  • Nationality: Only Indian Citizens can apply.
  • Age: The applicant must be at least 16 years old.

  • Register yourself

Nagaland BSc Agriculture Admission 2024: Counselling

Applicants who successfully, then need to apply for the counselling process. Only those who secure a viable rank in the exam can apply for counselling. They can do so by following these steps.

  • Visit the official website of ICAR and register yourself
  • Login using your credentials
  • If you are qualified, check the seat matrix and apply in the institutes of your choice
  • Submit your form 
  • Pay the application fee

Applicants who successfully registered for counselling will be able to go through the online counselling. 3 rounds of counselling will take place where the applicants can secure seats for admissions in BSc institutes in Nagaland. The counselling will constitute of the following steps.
