- Courses and faculty - course are interesting and faculty is very enthusiastic and have great knowledge and have helping nature polite
- Scholarships like merit-cum-means and institute free studentship are available based on merit and financial need.

- Gate was entrance exam for this course.i found the application form and details in iitg website only.reservation is available but i am not eligible for that .exams are so difficult .it is so much difficult
- Hostel mess food is very bad, and very less food outlets
- The heavy workload, with assignments, projects, and exams, stress students. balancing studies with extracurriculars and personal life is be tough.

Course Curriculum Overview:
There was practical training in labs, we had several industrial visits, and we can accept more advanced tools in the process. There are midsem endsems and 2 quizses . Although their teaching were good but career opportunities in this field are limited.

- College has a personalised app and there is a hospital inside campus.
- College has good placement rate and past records are pretty good.
Dislikes
- College academics are hard. Frequency of exam is high.
- Food quality in mess is very average. Many of students din not do lunch.
- Students are not free to go outside of campus.
Placement Experience:
You become eligible for placement from 6th semester end. Many companies are hiring. 81.7% placement have done till now this year and till placement is going on.
My current plan is to sit for placement and doing job.

Placements of the college are decent to good.Many big tech companies like Microsoft, Google, etc visit the campus for placements. The average package lies somewhere around 18 lakhs and around 70-80% students get placed every year.

People actually say that once you get into an IIT your life is set but that's not true its real hard here after coming here first you meet so many people and see how many different kinds are there then you want to go home but eventually you will find someone who match your vibe .

If you love Chemistry then CST is one of the best branch in iitg, it cover all the major domains of chemistry from industrial chemistry to drug chemistry to quantum.
Course curriculum is pretty chill, you just have to focus on classes.

- Professors are really qualified and know what they teach.

- Academic pressure is way to much on the students.
- Campus is way to far from the city hindering our city life and exposure.
- Mess food is not upto the mark and you will get bored eventually.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is quite comprehensive and relevant.
However it required strong fundamental knowledge of basic electronics and physics.
But don't worry, the course will be taught from the very beginning.
The labs are also quite interesting and it really develops a sense of interest towards labs.

From 7th semister campus students eligible for campus placements we got Tata consulties, Google, Microsoft, we got 2cr and avg package differs from branch to branch percentage of students also differs from branch to branch
