Many companies like microsoft and facebook uber ola simens hero honda visits the campus almost 90 per cent of students get placed my plan is also getting good olacemen6
Students are also provided scholarships and financial assistance to get good cgpa in their respective semester job is also provided on maintaining good cgpa and having good skills
I liked the people here. the teaching method of the teachers here is very good. the campus of the college is very good.

Dislikes

Ffe is scholarship is non governmental scholarship which is missed to apply.
However for our batch the placement season was worst over the last 10 years with less than 50% overall placement.
Some professors are not that helpful and kind they just give us warning on everything

Likes

Friends and seniors are so good . They help a lot.
Ragging free environment is there. Friendly environment is there.
Hostel and net facility are good. Single room from 2 nd year to all students.

Dislikes

Mess food is not so good. Can be improved .
Electricity power supply cut down some time.
Located in rural area , little away from main city.

Placement Experience:

There are decent placement not so good not so bad. If you have a good knowledge and your cgpa is good you will definitely get placement do not need to worry about placement if studied about your subject.

*Infrastructure: infrastructure is very good, having all facilities well maintained Ac and clean rooms.*Location: location of the college is nearby to the railway station about 5 km ,and also bus stand,there are so many temples nearby to the college
*Placement: Having a very good placement percentage , the placement percentag in my branch is about 75 to 80 % and the highest package from my branch is 5500000 and the average package is 800000 to 900000 . Nit kurukshetra has 58th rank .
*Staf:Staff of the college is very kind and helping nature towards the students .*About college:it has 58th rank among the 100 Indian engineering collage and it provide 10 b-tech programs and 19 m- tech programs as well as MBA , PHD and MCA in all de

Personally i feel that the fee charged for the hostel is high.
Security status of the college is quit poor
Facilities provide by the college like wifi and power cut are regular problems

Placement Experience:

If the students are in the 7th semester of the b-tech are eligible for the campuse placements. Campus placement percentage is difer year by year currently the percentage of campuse placements are not so good for the students except computer science and information technology couse . Percentage of student getting placement is different of different courses like computer science students have high chance to get placement rather than other course student like civil and electrical engineering.

Placement is just like ok and relatively from other NITs here we got a good % of students placed.

Dislikes

Very strict checking of semester exam. Absolute marking leads to feel us very low. We finds our moral down.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students are eligible for placement. There are approx. 300 companies are recruiting students from our college. Famous companies like jio, vipro, Microsoft, google, Mahindra, bislery, patm etc. This year placement decreased due to the implementation of AI in industries. Every year approximately 85 or more percent of students are got placed but this year placement rate decreased.

A BRIEF OF NIT KURUKSHETRA

Likes

Great environment for both sports and acedemics
Campus is quite large with a number of hostels
Campus have a in campus lake that is soothing to eyes

Dislikes

Temperature went way down in winters you might feel sick
Hostel food might not up to mark for all hostels

Placement Experience:

Stidents are eligible for campus placements if they had an overall decent average of cgpa(say around 7.5).A lot of companies visit here including google ,amazon,Microsoft etc.Percentage of students placed are high but recently due to recession period it is decreasing . If a student is not placed in campus placements he/she can apply for off campus placements.

A very good environment. All sports facilities are available like badminton, swimming etc. Library is also very good. Mess food is above average
The Natural scenic beauty is very good you will appreciate the lush green campus.
The academic facilities are also very good. Classrooms are well equipped with all digital instruments.

Dislikes

Poor Startup culture in the institute is worth disappointing.
During first year of your B Tech the hostel rooms are old and you have to manage.
It is a must that you have to maintain minimum 75% attendance to avoid getting detained.

Placement Experience:

Placement of the institute is very good. More than 200 companies offer jobs and placements in the institute every year. The Alumini Network is also very good. More than 68% of the students get their placement from the campus itself. Because of the good reputation of the college the off campus placement is also very nice.

The campus is very neat and clean.there is proper management of the gardens and plants.The campus is large enough.The campus is very green also
The ground is big enough and there are a lot of sports you can play and proper management of the ground.
The teachers are supportive. You can ask your doubts even after the class and even go to their office if needed.

Dislikes

The results are often very late. Our second sem is about to end but still we didn't get our first sem results. The evaluation process is very slow.
There are a lot of dogs that enter the hostel and.
Sometimes we don't get the notices on time

Placement Experience:

The college offers the placements . Every year there is a percentage of students who got placed. Microsoft and many other companies visit the company. The highest package this year as I know is 75 lakh per Annum.I want to pursue higher studies after graduation.

Very good teachings, skills and personality developing course

There are many things but here I mention the aesthetic view . aesthetically college's infrastructure is so well.
Second major thing is nature. There is many trees which provides very fresh environment.
Here, classrooms are also very well setup with many air conditioning halls.

Dislikes

Although classes are good but they all are closed after evening classes .
This campus is basically located in a outer region of this city. That's why some things facilities are not available.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of my course is too relevant by the view of applications as well as my department. I choose this course because of the industrial demand in various industries. As the course name itself tells, Industrial eng. it means this is all about real world applications. Because every product is now manufactured in a industry hence that is more demanding in now a days. The industrial area is too wide to describe but one example I want to recommend that complete mehanical department is part of industry now a days There is two mid sem exams and practical exam and then last but not least the end sem exam held in a 5 month of semester.

The placement in the recent years have declined a bit as compared to the reputation NIT KKR had earlier. This year, however, there is a significant decline in the placements due to the recession going on worldwide.

Campus is beautiful but life is bit difficult :)

The very first thing I liked about my campus was its lush green campus
The next thing was the culture in clubs and societies which was very good.
One most important thing I liked was that I had various options to live my college life.

Dislikes

The internet issue in the H10 hostel, they should provide lan in this hostel too.
Mess food is also not good in the H10 hostel.
Also, I want to state one more thing about its academics is they don't provide flexibility while providing options wrt elective subjects.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, the students gets the opportunity for campus placements. Top recruiters includes Microsoft, Amazon, Salesforce, American Express, etc. Highest package: 44 lpa and Average Package: 18 LPA(Information Technology) Major recruiting profile was SDE. Placement percentage: Nearly 90% I am planning to get campus placement in the SDE role itself.

The thing which I liked most in this college, is its campus. It is 315 acres lush green and beautiful campus. There is also a lake in its campus premises. All the classrooms and lecture halls are well equipped with a.c.,smart board, projector,etc.
The kind of faculties this college provide is just matter of applaud. They all are well experienced profs. with 15 - 20 years of teaching and research in their respective subjects and fields.

Placement Experience:

From end of 7th semester, you are eligible for placement. All giant companies visit the college every year to recruit a high number of students. These companies offer high placement packages to deserving students of every branch.
