Campus placement Is biggest positive of IIT KGP .Around 250-300 visits the campus for placement including big companies such as amazon, google, Microsoft and many others. The average package of the college is also very good of about 12lack rupees all you need to learn coding. My plan is do research and innovation in the field of science to after graduation .

Huge and influential almuni network(e.g. Sundar Pichai, Arvind Kejriwal, Vinod Gupta etc.). The oldest IIT. Talked to working professionals and realised the vast benefits of studying from an old IIT.

The students are eligible for placement in the last semester of their courses. The campus placement here is very good. Companies like microsoft, Google, Apple, BMW ,TCS, Facebook, Amazon, Flipkart etc. come here for placement each year. Main jobs available here is in the coding sector.Few core jobs are also available. Min.salary- 10 lakh/ annum max.salary - 46 lakh/annum(in India) 1.2 crore/annum(outside India) 97% registered students get placed during the campus placement. I am planning for a Ph.D. after my b.tech+m.tech dual degree is completed in 2023.

In the third Semester which is the beginning of the Second Year, Student gets Eligible for the Campus Placement. Some of the Companies are Infosys, Zycus, Cognizant Etc. visit the campus. Highest package was around 17 lakh and the average was around 10+ lpa 100% placement record

For a small batch size, ample opportunities come the way of students. Great pay and roles are there to avail if you have the right mindset and commitment. We have been completing 100% placements consistently for the past 4 years and added some big brands like ITC, Amazon, AkzoNobel, Jio Saavn, Dell, RBI, etc.

From the third semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Tata Power, IBM, ICICI bank, people strong, Capgemini, Cognizant, TCS, people strong, Yes bank, Adani power, ITIL, Gail India, Oil India, Byjus are some of the regular recruiters. Last year 14 companies visited and 14 offers were made for 14 students. The highest package was 14 lakhs with an average package of 9.2 lakhs.

The campus placements are good with multiple offers in multiple domains. The average package is around 17 LPA and the median is around 16 LPA. Many students get placed in consulting and analytics. The course curriculum is also designed in such a way that such offers become feasible to the candidates.

If you have a 4 yr course placements start from the end of 3rd year and for 5 yr at the end of 4th year. Highest package is around 2 crores per annum and the average packaged varies for different departments but it's around 25-30 LPA.

placements start in between the 7th and 8th semester i.e. December and continue till March. A total of 400+ companies come for placement offering 1300+ offers. The highest package offered by Indian companies for placement in India was around 40 lacs in 2017 but that has gone up considerably since. The average package for the batch was 11-12 lacs.

One of the most prestigious Institute of India. And I loved the coarse curriculum of Industrial and system engineering. It is morely dealing with supply chain and system management. It also contain interesting subjects like machine learning and data science. My college campus is very good in terms of infrastructure. And faculties and facilities are excellent.
