IIT KHARAGPUR is the mother of all IITs. The campus has peaceful atmosphere due to Greenery. I feel lucky to have world class teaching facilities. Admission takes place through JEE ADVANCED and selected can use JoSSA while selecting different colleges, admission process will be in June.

Its my dream to take admission in iits, study in them so i decided to study hard and took admission in jee mains and advance coachings in resonance, kota where i tried my best to make my career good.

IIT KGP is my favourite because my idol Sundar pichai is from this college. I chose Mathematics and computing because I like both maths and computers. Weather at kharagpur is very unpredictable and I liked unpredictable things.

It is IIT KHARAGPUR there is lot of placements with high packages. We have to just focus on our studies and extracurricular.

Name & fame. My college is one of the oldest IITs. And having a large alumni base has helped me a lot. The environment here is also very competitive and hols a lot of opportunities. The professors are highly competent.

Tag of IIT, quest of achieving quality education, enjoying the life at IIT campus, build up my overall character by staying among the talented minds for a period of two years. Come out of the college as a mentally tougher and stronger person.

One of the top 7 IIT's in India which are already known for their rich heritage and impeccable campus life. I opted for this specific campus cause i heard about it's campus life which is the best of all IIT's. Also, probably one of the top schools to study Civil Engineering in India as a B.Tech with professors having advanced degrees.

You need to appear for GATE exam or JAM exam for doing Masters in IIT Kharagpur. The admission is titled as Joint M. tech and PhD programme, where if you score more than 8. 0 CGPA by 2nd semester, you're eligible to apply for PhD within the college soon. You can join after the process of eligible test followed by interview. You can join in PhD, soon after completing Masters. Stipend of 12, 400/- p. m is assisted by MHRD scholarship for Master students, like almost for 24 months. And it will automatically stop soon after graduation from Masters. PhD scholars receive a monthly stipend of around 35, 000 for 5 years. I preferred IIT Kharagpur because it continuously ranked 1st as Best Architecture and planning department in all over India from previous 2 years. This was ranked by NIRF. The faculties here are extremely professional and helpful. A very friendly and sustainable campus, everyone here owns a rented or a new cycle to feel the campus without air pollution and heavy traffic.

Been passionate about technology and that led to me opting for engineering. IIT's are currently one of the best Institutes to pursue engineering. With the reputed staff and resources, it ought to be the college I wanted.

Since I was pretty much sure of doing engineering and was quite passionate about IITs and since I worked hard for it cleared JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCE and so I went for this college in Kharagpur more of because I belong from Kolkata in West Bengal as well
