- I love how faculties here are soo supportive.Our college gives a lot exposure to real world ,so an introvert would also become extrovert here.
- I love the placement process here.We are provided with the accurate amount of training for super dream and dream offers.
- I love the enets organised by different clubs specially the cultural event in which their is dance and music
Dislikes
- I dont like the in timing for girls which is 7pm where as for boys it is 9 pm.
- I dont teachers being very strict with the deadlines of assigments.
- I dont like the gaurds who work ere.They are very rude sometimes.
Placement Experience:
We have very good placemen in VIT chennai.We are provided with placement training before hand with mock interviews as well.We are also provided with interview training.Our campus has 100% placement rate.The average package in VIT chennai lies from 700000 to 900000. In total 150 companies vist our campus for placements including mass recruiters.Our college also provides internships and job offeres for big companies such as Google ,Microsoft and Adobe.

Placement Experience:
the palcements in VIT is above par in comparison to other provate institutions and can be compared to even IITs, the technical details of companies visited can be seen on the VIT website , but students get placed in top MNCs like google and amazon on / off campus

- Cleanliness, Greenery, no pollution, strict rules also regarding pda
- No student can use drugs , smoke or alcohol since there are guards every where all night taking rounds in the hostel ,even the wardens are very cautious and strict
- No hosteller can roam outside of college campus without parents signature and email confirmation it's great, there is a personal proctor for each student to take care of their problem
Dislikes
- If you are caught doing something bad there would be huge implications like leaving the hostel and big fines

From the beginning of 4th year in a 4 year btech CSE degree students are eligible for placement so if we see students get almost one academic year for placement opportunities with all big and small companies as per personal capabilities
For the past years there were 800+ companies and even during recession there were 400+ companies with avg packagebof 5 lpa that's an amazing feat , also college helps to get discount rates in global certification like Google cloud , AWS , ml etc
Vit has almost 88 percentage+ placement rate due to good. Courses and opportunities, students in these 4 years are trained very well such that they would get placed
I plan to sit for placement and get a data science offer after my degree

- Placement opportunities are very good and the main reason to come here.
Dislikes
- There are a lot of people. So there is a lot of competition.
Placement Experience:
From the final year the placements start and go for the whole year. Around 800 companies visit here and take over 10000 students. The highest package is 1.5Cr and the average is 7-8 lakhs. Around 80% students get placed.

- Certain rules are strict in VIT such as you're not allowed to roam at certain places
- If some security catches you with being too close to the opposite gender he might turn up and ask for your IDs
Placement Experience:
As far as I've heard the on campus placements are good and vast number of companies visit VIT.. You'll get a greater edge over the other private colleges.. Also they start your placement training an year before the placements.. Also they provide you with lots of internships which might help you in building your resume strong.. Also even if you don't stand a chance in the on campus placements.. The core field knowledge you gain from your course is enough to appear for any govt. Examinations so you don't have to worry about the placements right from the day of joining.. Just focus on improving your skills and you're all set.. Hope it helps

- The high number of student intake which is overwhelming.
- The fee structure which can become more affordable.
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for campus placements in the 4 year I think like all colleges. Because I am only in my 2nd Semester I have not visited any company yet . Our campus placements are 100 percent and the highest package was around 1 cr. I plan to give upsc after my examination.

- well equipped labs with access to all the students. Best infrastructure and campus life for the students.
- Experienced faculty and availability of resources for placement preparation and higher studies.
- People from many places are here which improves cross cultural communication and get to know all the cultures and heritages.
Dislikes
- Strength is a bit high in the campus which feels crowded.
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for campus placements from 6th semester. placement training is also given by campus.
Many companies(665 in this year) like wipro cognizant tcs turbo infosys accenture etc and 12018 offers in total.
Highest package is 44LPA and average package is 9LPA.
Vit chennai has 80 to 90 placement percentage

- I liked the most is campus the campus is very big and nice to explore more things and hang out
- And the other thing is canteen food which i liked the most in our campus it will be nice
- I liked the way they are teaching and the grading system

- The one thing is focus more on practical apart from mathematical
- And the other thing is afternoon batch which disliked the most
- The thing is disliked is they are giving more importance to btech
Placement Experience:
VIt is known for its 100% placement, But i can say one thing during our batch we faced recession so for our batch the placement is less compared to the previous batch but also in our class some people have place and we are trying to be placed. From final year students are eligible for placements. Amazon, pharmaace, zigram, syngene ,tcs and etc so many more companies have visited and made so many offers the highest package i am not correct with that but it is more than 50lpa. My plans after the degree is job

- The college provides many opportunities for the students to improve your skills
- The college also has many good food outlets inside the college
- The campus life of the college is good, it is very neat and clean.
Dislikes
- The college is very strict specially for girls
- The relative grading system in terms of marks may sometimes be a problem for students
Placement Experience:
The college lots of placement opportunities for the students but finally it depends on the students whether they grab it or not. 90 percentage of students get placed every year in top companies.In 2023 the highest package was around 1.02 crore whereeas the average package is 8 lpa

In terms of academics, Amrita University matches the IIT syllabus and course structure. The infrastructure and laboratories are in good condition. The college works closely with businesses and other educational institutions. Many academic activities are being carried out to ensure effective information exchange.
College life is the most interesting part. Amrita University's Coimbatore campus is one of the cleanest in India and spans 500 acres. Amrita is a very diverse campus and a great place to make new friends. There is no such constraint. Cell phones are not permitted in the classroom. However, after leaving the classroom, you can talk to your loved ones. A minimum attendance requirement of 80% must be met, or you must present sufficient justification for your absence.
Amrita provides free wifi that is typically 0.5Mbps fast. Aside from YouTube, Facebook, and a few other sites, most academic content is available. Everything else is restricted. Only nutritious vegetarian food is served. The menu is adequate for a South Indian restaurant. If you are a traveler, you will have enough vacation time in Amrita to visit all of India in two years. The resident warden must grant permission for the outing. Every time a girl needs an outing pass, she must submit a fax from her parents. You can earn millions if you plan on participating in and winning every cultural event that is held there. It is an excellent world-class platform for showcasing and honing your skills.
This academic year, Atlassian is the employer with the highest salary on offer to Amrita students, with a staggering 52 lakhs offered annually. Microsoft offered 43 lakhs per year in salary, while Cisco hired 27 students at a CTC of 29.18 lakhs per year.
According to the most recent report, the highest and average compensation packages offered during the 2022 placement drive were INR 19.17 LPA and INR 6.72 LPA, respectively.
