7th and 10th semester onwards students can sit for placements. All big brands and leading companies are coming to campus every year to hire students, from Microsoft to Wipro, from Morgan Stanley to Axela, PSU, from Deutsche bank to IDBI bank all companies come to college every year. The highest package 90 lakhs by Bloomberg London in data analytics. The average package is 16.07 lakhs as per the website for the year 2021. I'll go for research post my degree.

Students from the 8th semester can sit for placements. All the top companies like Amazon, Barclays, McKinsey, Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs, jp morgan, morgan Stanley, salesforce, Flipkart and many more come every year to hire a lot of students. The highest package for 21 batches is 90 lakh by Bloomberg London, as a data scientist. The average package as mentioned on site is 16.7 lakhs per annum, which is at par with top IIT's itself. 95-97% of students get placed including off-campus + on campus and higher studies students.

IIT-ISM Dhanbad is one of the most popular technical institutions in the country. It was converted into an IIT not very long back, which has greatly improved its exposure and has been a shot in the arm for its brand value. The JEE is utilized for admission into the undergraduate engineering courses, including the one in Computer Science and Engineering.

A unique course in India at the master level is a Master of Science in mathematics and computing. Clean and Green Campus. I got admission through IIT JAM Mathematics. Cutoffs for admission were around AIR 450 in 2019. Placements are very good and increasing every year.

The percentage of placed students is high and better info can be obtained from the college website and mailer-daemon club. The highest package this year went to 90 lakh offered by Bloomberg. Getting a good job is the primary aim of many.

IIT(ISM) is the hub of Earth Science Studies. Well experienced teachers. Highly equipped labs. But here a race for CGPA to get placement. So environment is job oriented. But now scenario is lit bit changing and inclination towards research also.

The placement scenario at our college is also good. There are various companies that visit the campus during the placement season. Various students get internships from their 3rd year. Various programs for startups are also conducted by the clubs. Almost all big companies ( it sector and core sector) visit our campus and the number of companies visiting the campus is also increasing year by year. In my department ONGC , crain is the main recruter .

When we talk about the campus placement at IIT ISM, we certainly get the quality as per the name of the institute. Placements mainly depends on the academic records or CGPA and overall personality and skills you have developed over the years of engineering. MNCs often come here for the recruitments mainly IT companies.

6th semester, Microsoft google and others nearly 95% of cse gets placed In cse highest package is 52lpa from google. Avg would be around 14-16lpa for cse. 96% of students get placed. Job is only my plan from now.
