The course of mechanical is very good course actually it open up a erode option for you you can be anything except doctor if we opt mechanical engineering there are 2 quiz 1 mid sem and 1 end sem in 2nd month os course they will conduct 1 quiz later that end of month 1 mid sem then 3th month they will conduct quiz 2 at starting of the month and at end of month they will conduct end sem exam

The students can sit in the placement starting from the 7th semester. Various companies from IT as well as core visit the college. Placement rate is 90%. The average may very from department to department. The average package is around 15 lakh per annum. The average package also from department to department. Highest package offered till now is proximately 65 lakhs per annum. I am preparing for both core as well as it. My dream is Texas Instruments.

The placements of our college is very high level while compare to other college.there are so many companies and also have a more benifits to made it.the bigest package is1200000.they are more than 80% of students getting the placements.ginally have best degree certificate in the college.

Every branch here has a different placement percentage and avg package varies alot.. Students often get placed from 6th sem (the good Gpa guyzz) PPO are common here.. There r alot of companies that visit here.. Top companies are. Amazon,Google,Adobe,Wipro,Cisco,L&T,ACC, Reliance,Vedantha etc The avg package of core branches is generally 10-13 lacks.. Circuital-15-17 lacks Cs IT CDS-20-23 Last time highest on campus was 54 lacs.. And off campus was 1.8 cr As I am pursuing mining engineering I would like to study for upsc or do MBA as I'm interested in economic field..

From their 3rd year they can sit for placements or even get ppos, there's a lot of good companies that come for placements and more than 90% of students are placed every year. Companies like google PayPal Microsoft oracle Tata electronics Gail Samsung all of them show up with sooo many other smaller companies.

Placements are good average package of the college is around 18 LPM the college offers both the 400 + companies including the incover part the people the average placement in 95% is a newly introduced course with you are not sure about the placements of our course

I was pretty interested in electronics and signal transmission etc. ECE in NITK offers quite a challenging course, and scoring a cgpa of 7.0 and above requires you to understand the course concepts thoroughly. Although the college is pretty old, the courses get updated every 5 years, and theres a lot of flexibility in choosing electives and topics for major projects, mjniprojects etc. under the guidance of well qualified professors. Quizzes are held every month and there's the Mid semester and End Semester exams for every semester.

talking about placements NITK is famous among top IITs as well due to its good placement record. in the era of recession as well nitk had 75 % of placements from the cs department and whooping 72% of placements records from metullargy and material ssience and technology departments. from the end of 3rd semenster students are eligible for placements. various companies come to placements some the the renowned ones are tata, merecdes, amazon , goldmann sachs and many moree. the highest package from the ollage is 55 lakhs ( on campus) ans 1.12 cr( off campus) from a student from the mining branch. the percentage of students getting placed are around 80 which in my opinion is a very good percentage beacause in this data you are also counting some lower branches like mining avd civil. talking about my personal opinion i am inclined towards the non core secoter and will try to get a good job in the non core sector only. and after that i will just try to improve my skills

The placement of college is great .The avg package of my branch is 19.25 lacks while of cs is 28 lacks and overall 18 lacks .The college has great alumini network . There's good set of placement both in core and non core jobs
