- Courses and faculty - course are interesting and faculty is very enthusiastic and have great knowledge and have helping nature polite
- Scholarships like merit-cum-means and institute free studentship are available based on merit and financial need.

- Gate was entrance exam for this course.i found the application form and details in iitg website only.reservation is available but i am not eligible for that .exams are so difficult .it is so much difficult
- Hostel mess food is very bad, and very less food outlets
- The heavy workload, with assignments, projects, and exams, stress students. balancing studies with extracurriculars and personal life is be tough.

- The food is mess is not that much good.Few mess have very good food but some are very bad.Theer are very few night canteens .The canteens close around 2 am only.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The main thing which attracts me to this course is its diversity. Here at IITG in ECE we are thaught some computer courses as well along with core electrical courses. Which opens multiple job areas for us. the curriculum is very well designed. But when it comes to difficulty ECE is one of the most toughest branch but with good peer and regular study it can be managed.

- Access to city is difficult as you have to cross a river to reach city
- Academics are pretty difficult from the second year
- Grading is random depending on the instructor

*student must have a cgpa of 6 to be eligible for the placements ( but in practice it is recommended to maintain the cgpa above 8)
* students are offered internship in their third tear of study and placements in 4th year
*Approximately 200 companies arrive to campus during placement season pffering various job roles

- I really liked the natural view in college.Our college is like heaven for us.
- We have separate canteen in all hotels and most famous canteen is Lohit Canteen.
- I liked the funniest thing that we used to get single room in 1st year

- The campus is one of the most beautiful colleges in country. It has many lakes and is surrounded by greenery
- My college has provide excellent placements and internship opportunities
- My college has a highly qualified faculty and advanced technology.
Dislikes
- The campus auditorium is of limited seating capacity
- We don’t get South Indian food at all the hostel canteens.
Placement Experience:
Campus placements start from fourth year of Btech. Students also get a pre placement offer from their respective internship companies based on their performance in the internship. We have both domestic offers and international offers. We had the highest package of 1.2 crore. The average package stands at 20 lack's per annum

- I don't like the suprise quiz part where sir will take quiz on any part of the syllabus.
- Some profesors behave like they own the college.
Placement Experience:
My plans were to get a well package in the college placements itself and to make my parents proud and I have to start a startup. The 3rd and 4th year students can get placements. Like the 2nd and 3rd year can get internships also a lot.

Seventh semester students are eligible for campus placements. Google ,Amazon ,Uber, jpmc, Microsoft ,apple, Facebook these companies frequently comes and visits and offers jobs.

- There will be no ac in summer it is very tough
- Class rooms are so far from our rooms to reach
- There is no allow to girls hostel for boys
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is a little vague but the faculty is too good to explain alla the courses they explain on white board with chalk and there are two quizes and one mid and one end exam in the semester for each subject

- u have to ride over a bicycle for 2 kms over hills ..
- Hostel maintanence is a concern in my case
- washrooms are a concern in every college as of i know

the campus placements here are too good its just that you will have to follow your courses very well and keep practicising . placements happen in the first semester of fourth year . inetrnship opportunites will be given in the first semester of third year

- i liked hanging out with friends on every weekends
- i also liked to ride the bicycle and late night walks
- i liked how peaceful this place is and we can always go to sports whenever we want

- some times classes are too long from our hostel which is very difficult in morning to ride
- also during rainy season we have to go to classes under such wheather which is vey difficult
- summers are more hotter here and yet we did not get any airconditioners in our hostels
Placement Experience:
from 7 th sem students are eligible for placements there are many companies visited here. like goldman sachs, google, microsoft uber quant jp morgan highest packages may excedd more than 2 crores whereas average lies around 24 lakks about 77 percent students were getting placed my plan is to get into a multi national company
