- Gate was entrance exam for this course.i found the application form and details in iitg website only.reservation is available but i am not eligible for that .exams are so difficult .it is so much difficult
- Hostel mess food is very bad, and very less food outlets
- The heavy workload, with assignments, projects, and exams, stress students. balancing studies with extracurriculars and personal life is be tough.

At the beginning of the third year, companies come to campus for internship opportunities, s and meanwhile, they provide the preplacement offer to the students, and in the fourth year, you will sit for placements. Almost all non-core companies like Google, Amazon, Oracle, Microsoft, Adobe, JP Morgan, etc.
The highest package offered is 1.8 Crore which is an international offer to ECE students. The average package offered is 16 lakhs per year. Ninety-two percent of students are placed in this year. I want to do a tech job after my degree.

Excellent academic and Research Facilities. Professors are very helpful. Campus full of natural beauty which will make you fall in love in the campus. Hostel facilities are very good get separate room for privacy.

Ranking of the college made me choose this college as well as the location. First of all i was determined to take CSE as my branch in top seven college. This was the only possibility where I was getting the desired branch. The college has a beautiful campus. Learning experience is good one will enjoy there as there are lot many opportunity along with academics. There are lot many clubs where one can choose of his/her interest. Lots of events keep happening there among inter hostels inter colleges as well as all sort of physical,mental activities. Technical, Cultural and sports activities happen among hostels in periodic time, which provides us with good experiences. Seniors are very helpful and will listen to you patiently. In hostels you will never feel alone as seniors never pretend themselves as seniors they behave just like friends. The best thing is all are provided with single rooms. Food quality is good. One will rarely complain. As of such I felt nothing bad about college as all of things are managed properly. Just except registration process where we faced problems a bit Else it's is good Once will surely enjoy there

Placement Experience:
The placement stats of IITG are quite impressive. There is almost 90-100% placement for Computer Science and Electronics branch but the placement stats of other core branches are quite low. The average package offered to a Computer Science student is around 20LPA.

We get admission through jee advanced entrance exam. It is one of the best beautiful campus.It has good exposure, good placement. Alumnii network is very good. Infrastructure is of best quality. Over all college is best for me. And I hope for every one this college is incredible. I search out about this college on college review website and Shikha website.

As IITG secured 7th rank among all IITs ,it shows good placement here. From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placement.
In year 2020 companies those visited iitg are: Microsoft , Goldman Sachs, JPMC, Oracle whose no of offers are 19,9,9,14 respectively.
Highest salary packages offered range from 45-50 LPA, average salary packages offered is 15 LPA.
65.28% students gets placements in iitg.
After getting degree I also choose to get job in best companies.

Placement Experience:
IITG is among the top IITs of India and maintains very good placement statics. Students become eligible from the 7th semester for campus placements. Many big tech giants visit campus for placements. Few are Google, Amazon, Facebook, Adobe, Goldman Sachs, bajaj, Nvidia and more. In the previous years, few students also got packages above 1 crore and Microsoft offered a 1.5 crore package. Despite the covid pandemic, IITG successfully conducted an online placement session and 444 out of 584 students from B.Tech. and B.Des. were placed. placement percentage was 76.02 percentage. The highest package was 70 lakhs and the average package was 21.42 lakhs per annum.

IITs are known for their very good placements. IIT Guwahati is among the Top 7 IITs and it also has very good placement stats. &th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Google, Amazon, facebook, Adobe, nvidia, infosys are a few of the top recruiters. IN 2019, Microsoft offered the highest CTC of 1.5 crores. FOr the present year, despite the covid situation, very good placements were here. The highest package offered was 70laks per annum and the average package offered was around 21.42 lakhs per annum which is higher than the previous year. The placement percentage was around 76% for B.Tech. and B.Des courses, also many students opted for higher studies. I'll be focusing on the core placements and PSUs visiting the campus.
